This used to be one of the best pharmacies. I paid for a gold good rx card to fill one of my prescriptions here for the past 6 months at least. Picked up my newest refil, with no comment or warning the pharmast charged me full price. They no longer accept Good Rx but was unwilling to let me know so I could use my other insurance.

This is the best pharmacy! They return calls, they request refills from my Dr promptly, they even caught an error in a script I was given, called the Doctor and he changed it. They’re conscientious.

Wow, what incredible service! The pharmacy employee was so helpful, answered all my questions and even informed me of a discount coupon that saved me 83%!! They saved me $80 and didn’t even have to!! I won’t go anywhere else for my prescriptions!!

These guys will mess up your order or not listen to your requests regularly. I've had experiences where they can't fill a 90 day prescription so they'd give me a 30 day and charge me a larger copay each time. When I ask them to cancel a prescription and not refill it, they refill it anyway which then screwed up the other place I had switched to. Trust me, AVOID THIS PLACE

A one only because I cannot choose zero. This pharmacy always messed up our prescriptions and they don't care. We will not fill prescriptions here again.

So glad I have a choice! Won't be back! Wouldn't have had to come here if my MD hadn't sent the script to the wrong place. First off, I called to make sure that they had it - and was on HOLD for 17 minutes! That's ridiculous! I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking that they were understaffed but when I showed up there were 5 people working but only one at the register. So needless to say I had to wait another 10 minutes to talk to someone and was then told that my script was not quite ready yet. When I had spoken with them on the phone they asked when I wasn't to pick it up and I guess I made a mistake by saying "today." She sounded kind of put out...anyway 30 minutes later I have walked out with my meds and will do everything in my power not to go back here!

This pharmacy is the worst. Not only have they not had my medication in stock 3 times now (once even promised it to be in stock for over a week with no communication stating otherwise until I finally gave up and went somewhere else), their staff is rude, incompetent, and I was left on hold for about 15 minutes until the line finally disconnected. When I called back, the employee had an attitude with ME! The Stroh Ranch Pharmacy doesn't even deserve one star. Horrible!

Goodbye. Painfully slow pharmacy. Prescriptions take an exorbitant amount of time to pick up. Took them a month to order something they didn't stock and I had to remind them to order it over and over. Going to a different pharmacy although this is my grocery store. Does this pharmacy have a manager?!

We're done with them. They rarely have the script in stock and they never even try to fill it until you come to the counter. Zero customer service skills.
