Just tried to call the pharmacy to schedule a covid test due to their site not working correctly and the woman who answered was an awful hag. I don’t normally say things like that about people, but if you’re working with the public, you should be SOMEWHAT pleasant and slightly helpful. She insisted I had to just keep trying until I could do it online. Brilliant employee- eye roll….

BEWARE! STAY CLEAR OF WALGREENS FOR COVID TESTING!!! I scheduled what was supposed to be a free COVID test just to drive over 30mi one way to my closest Walgreens just to find out that because I don't have insurance it would be $129! When you make the appointment online you have to fill out their survey, one of the questions being "Do you have insurance?", which I answered no. This was the first opportunity to disclose the fee. I know I'm probably expecting to much from a supposedly customer service oriented company, but the second opportunity would be to call to advise once the pharmacy receives the info. Had any of these things took place I would have cancelled my appointment so someone else could book it. Once there, after waiting for 15 mins in the drive thru line, the staff that I dealt with was not friendly at all and made an unfortunate situation worse. The overall system is broken and inefficient. I have had so many bad experiences with Walgreens over the years but I did have a decent experience last year with my COVID vaccines, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE WALGREENS MY PATRONAGE!!! Such a shame, wasted time and gas.

People up front working the cash registers are nice. But the pharmacy people are always so rude. Went to pick up medication for me and my mom and the lady with dark hair and glasses was extremely rude. I had called the day before and they said it would be ready the next day. So I stopped today to pick it up and wasn’t told it wasn’t ready or anything. She just asked if I could pick it up tomorrow. When I said yes she just walked away and told me to give her a minute. Sat there for about 5 minutes with no information and when she came back she had mine and my moms. And then when I tried to verify the address she interrupted me. If you don’t want to be civil and work helping people then don’t do it and don’t be rude to people who are just trying to pick up things they NEED.

I just had your pharmacist argue with me on the phone. Extremely rude. A MONTH ago my 2 prescriptions were sent in by my doctor. I called two weeks ago, to be told 1 was ready, and the other was not in stock, and someone would call me when it was... two weeks go by, no phone call. So, I call this morning to be told my 1st prescription was sent back and the other isn't in stock, and that nothing was processed in the system. Not only does the drive thru move painfully slow... but so does getting your prescriptions! I will be moving to a different business for my prescriptions. Absolutely appalling

Literally the only way to get ahold of this pharmacy is to drive there and talk to them in the drive through. Pretty sure the entire pharmacy was closed for a few weeks, they opened up again this week and nothing has improved. Sat on hold for a total of 3 hours today just to have the line disconnected each time I tried to call (after being on hold for 45+ minutes each time). Not only are they unable to answer calls, they also have issues even getting medication in stock. I totally give up on Walgreens as a whole.

Walgreens - Store #5261. Worst pharmacy ever!! No staff, long line at all times. No needles & syringes ...... poor customer services, if you call to verify about RX. wait is for ever. Please change your Manager and Hire more people. Very Bad service to patients.

Don’t do your travel Covid test at this location. My mother, niece, and nephew lost their international flight yesterday because they never sent the email with the results. My husband had to go in person to get it when we were at the airport, and of course, they were closed for lunch. We called before and waited for more than an hour until we got disconnected before talking to someone. By the time my husband was able to talk with a pharmacist it was too late for the departure. American Airlines reschedule their flight, but we had to pay for the domestic flights. More than $1500.00 loss because they didn’t do their job. Today we used the store at Lincoln and got the results back much faster. I would like to see my money back… Zero ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm honestly not sure why they don't just close this walgreens and move everyone and all the prescriptions to the other Walgreens in Parker. The pharmacy is constantly changing their hours but not updating it anywhere. Their own website shows the pharmacy closes at 9 pm Monday through Friday, Google shows it closed at 7 but they have a sign in a store that shows 6 now. While waiting in line for 20 minutes (there was only 1 person in front of me at the counter) I heard them speak of how they are required to close at 6. They said the store manager Marty told them that they close the drive through window at 6 even if there is someone sitting there. They even paged Marty while I stood in line to confirm this is what they were suppose to do. Well Marty, that is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever heard of. AND how are we suppose to know that the pharmacy is closed if you are not updating the hours anywhere?! Close this Walgreens move the employees and records to the other Walgreens and save everyone a headache.

DON'T FILL PRESCRIPTIONS AT THIS STORE!!!!!! Getting prescriptions from this store has been the worst possible experience. Almost every time I order one of my prescriptions, even when they tell me it is ready, I go to pick it up and there is an issue that causes me to have to go back another day. This time I ordered a refill on 1/17/22. Several days later I called to see if it was ready and got the recording they are working on it and to call back in an hour. I kept calling back approx. every other day or so and kept getting the same recording. AND YOU CAN'T GET THROUGH TO TALK TO ANYONE NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO!!!!!!!!! One Sunday (since I don't work on Sundays) I called and stayed on hold for 3 hours and still no one picked up. I finally went to the doctor on January 25th to get a new 3 month prescription that they could send in to Express Scripts because there is no way I will deal with this store again. I am then told my insurance will not allow for the new prescription to be filled because my old prescription has not run out yet - EVEN THOUGH I CAN'T GET THE OLD PRESCRIPTION FILLED AT WALGREEN'S!!!!!!! AND they charged my insurance but didn't fill it!! It is now 2/2/22 - TWO AND A HALF WEEKS AFTER I SENT IN MY REFILL REQUEST - and after FINALLY calling the Walgreen's corporate number, she was able to get through and I finally was told it is ready. I have spent so much time on the phone trying to get this resolved it's ridiculous. I realize everyone is having staffing issues but if you don't have the staff to help people, you should not be accepting more prescriptions that you can't fill. At least allow people to go to another location to get their prescription filled without all this frustration.

I truly understand and empathize that the pharmacy is severely understaffed and ridiculously overwhelmed, and I can only imagine what they deal with on a daily basis with angry, rude customers. Even though I imagine how much stress and pressure they are under, any interaction I’ve had with the staff has always been polite and helpful. Unfortunately, it has been next to impossible to get our medications refilled on time. I have had to call and speak directly with a pharmacist about my prescription status - even though the app says it’s “in progress” the estimated ready for pick up day shown is always several days off. Only by speaking with a pharmacist directly would that initiate the order to actually be fulfilled. I have one prescription that was supposed to be ready almost two weeks ago. This past two weeks, however, we can’t even get through their phone system and have waited on hold for hours without a living person answering the phone. We will be transferring our prescriptions elsewhere as we cannot continue to wait for our RX to be refilled so very long after the refill request has been submitted and still not receive them. I hope this staffing shortage problem is solved soon as no one should/can go without their medications for so long and the poor staff can only do so much!
