It was extremely small. The meat tasted old. The bread was barely even toasted and the kid there didn't even know how to ring up things that he rang one one up like three times. I won't be going back to that one and the drink machine was empty and he didn't know how to replace the bottles

Very disappointed!!!! My husband went in to order three sandwiches. They were out of olives, and Italian herb bread. Had three wheat loafs left, but the gentleman behind the counter hit them on the counter and they were hard as a rock. Get home, opened my sandwich, there was almost no meat on it and what was on it was rolled up in the back of the bread. Well definitely drive to Whitesboro next time.

I ordered online. I live maybe 7 mins away. It was over an hour wait online.... didn't care. Whatever. Well... toasted to me is toasted bread an warm... I showed up 15 mins early.... I also requested my quac/avacado (whatever they wanna call what I paid an extra $1.50 at the moment) to be on the side. Honestly nothing was a omg I'm gonna die mistake..... but if I pay and if I request something, (especially when there is a box for it and the request is on your receipt) I feel I should get what I asked for.

Food is great but one of the female employees was being sort of rude. Customer service could improve.

This place is ok but for such a small town I would expect the employees to be much friendlier. Most customers are regulars and sometimes you can barely get a hello from the workers here. If I were the owner of this establishment I would stress to my employees that friendly service is paramount. Also the prices are extremely high...I would imagine that the prices will come down now that there’s a new Dollar Store down the road.

When they family wants subway,and one at Lake kiowa,only a mile away,always nice,but when you get there at 7pm,and they have run out of breads, just not good. Ruined evening!
