13 Best gas station in San Jose, California (CA) 2024

10:50 pm. I pumped gas and paid for car wash. After the pump, the machine said clerk has receipt. I went to the office and it’s closed . Nobody there. I lost a car wash. It happens couple times. Store hour said 24/7 but it often closed unexpectedly. Out of receipt all the time. Stealing customers money for car wash. It’s bad for the business . ~Long

Overall it did an okay job... What do you expect for an automatic car wash? It missed behind the mirrors and a bit on the rear quarter panels, but then again I haven't had a car wash in over a year, so it was pretty caked on grime. Definitely worth coming at night time, the color show was pretty entertaining!! ~Brandon

I used the vacuum cleaner for my car. There was not mention of the rates, but I was told $2. Instead, I was charged $10 to my credit card. ~Paul

The young girl who works there at 6am weekdays never smiles. It always seems like she is being bothered when I pay her cash for gas. This morning I overpaid and went back to get the change, she was so mad... slammed the cash till...walked away and mumbled something in Spanish. I drive pass several other gas stations everyday. I can go somewhere else if you do not appreciate my business! ~Jenny

The overhang was too low for my truck. I wanted to park outside the overhang and extend the gas hose and nozel but they said they didn't have proper swivels and boots on their hoses like modern stations and were afraid that they might break. I had to go somewhere else for gas. ~The

I like this gas station, the location is quite convenience, and gas price is cheaper than the others. ~K

This place is usually good. I come here on weekends and early mornings on the week days. The gas is usually the best price in tracy. The car wash is good, if there's any problems like I've had it where it ran out of soap, so I went inside and they checked it and gave me another wash. Great customer service and great selection of snacks, drinks, and food inside. ~kenneth

Got car washed yesterday. I don't expect the same as a professional car wash (although it isn't that much cheaper). Not a great job on the wheels, somewhat expected, but I did not expect to find water spots on the back of the car. I can't wash my car at home any more (thanks San Jose) and the car wash isn't cheap. Replace your water filters! ~Steve

Paid for a car wash but when I tried to use it, it had already expired...by 1 day! Apparently, when you pay for a car wash, the code they give you is only good for a month. This is NOT posted on the receipt nor on the car wash signs! The original wash I bought was discounted by $1 since I had purchased it with more than 8 gal of gas. My protests fell on deaf ears. I grumbled and paid again for the car wash (hell, they didn't even offer me the $1 discount!) since I really wanted to get it done today but I think that'll be the last time at that station. Lousy customer service!! ~Debbi
