I seriously can't stand how they never have registers open and almost always have one person at the meat counter. The employees are so rude and do not care when I've asked if they're going to open another line. If they would have better structure and more organization I would go there more often.

If i could give this review zero stars I would...On August 5th we bought a cake from the bakery at the Rialto location for my daughter's birthday. When we were about to eat it I noticed that it smelled, tasted weird and the frosting was hard. When we looked at the receipt we noticed that it was a cake that was packed on July 16th and it had to be sold by July 22nd. This is just sickening, the fact that they sell this to customers and not care if it gets someone sick. It was really disappointing to have to tell my daughter and loved ones that they could not have cake because of this negligence. I will be sure to explain this issue to everyone I know, and I hope someone address this situation to me directly on how they will rectify this negligence. This company did not have to go thought the embarrassment that my husband and I did.

The jaiba was rotten and since we bought it at the front register the food department wouldn’t process it. We had to wait in a big line. I got a lil cup of shrimp. Good enough.

One put 1 start to be able to leave A feed back!!! HORRIBLE STORE!! The first time bought meat it had HUMAN HAIRS, I gave it a second chance bought a pack of taco meat and it smelled horrible!!! It was really BAD!! Came to get my money back and THEY TOLD ME to wait 10 minutes because manager was on brake! What’s up with the CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!! NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!! Rather pay somewhere else! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND SO MEAT!😡

Horrible customer service employees have a attitude when asked a question. Food court is even worse food is cold looks old plus they never get the orders right when it's to go.. management is very un professional they don't help at all plus they give you attitude and don't run to fix anything for you not apologize. Very disappointing we're paying for our food it's not being given for free. They really need to be more professional and polite.

I love Cardenas, everyone is always so sweet and willing to assist but everything is always in its place but if I had to be picky about something it would be about the bottle waters there's never any spring water only purified but that's it.

Only store I know of that carries Central American cuisine. They always stock Salsa Lizano from Costa Rica which is pretty hard to find. Not a big selection, but a little piece of home can be found here.

Diversity of vegetable but lately the trays where the vege are really duty seems they don't clean it at least once every 2 weeks because vege don't last in my fridge. I like they have 4 self check out. A recommendation they should cary in the store vegan cheese and icecream

Great Customer service!! Cashiers do take a lot time to ring you! They should open more register! Great variety of department to buy diffrent items! They have full kitchen that you can order hot food! Pastry department where you can order cakes and many more items! Also have a tortilla shop order fresh ones! A+++
