Hawk
It's the only taco bell local in the area and the only reason it is still open. Service is terrible it takes 30-50min to make it through the line. Another 10min to get your food. If you are on break for lunch dont go here.

My expectations of Taco Bell are EXTREMELY low to begin with. This location is AWFUL. Slow service every time. The orders are always wrong. I’ve left twice after waiting in the drive thru for over thirty minutes with line line not moving, one of which all the employees locked the doors and ignored customers to hang out at tables inside. And finally I got food poisoning. Avoid this place at all costs. Starving is a less aggravating option.

Horrible first couldn't get a chicken quesadilla then the drive thru person was rude even tho I continued to speak nice saying yes ma'am and thank you then when we got to the window they gave us our food and forgot Abt the drinks even the manager came up and ask " can I help you with anything" and last but not least they serve a stale cheesy grodia crunch and I am now sick!!! DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE

Employees was not nice, Dinning room was closed, I ordered a Sierra mist and something was wrong with it bc it didn't taste right, and I payed for a side of sour cream but I didn't receive it. The drive thru blocks to where you can't even get out. To get out you have to pray a car isn't trying to pull in so that you don't get into a wreck.

My wife has been stuck in the hospital for months now taking care of our sons and all she wanted for the past month was a Mexican pizza. The nice manager at this location went above and beyond to make sure she got one today when she ordered on the app and she said it was the better then before. Best service she has ever recieved. Thank you!

Understaffed and long wait times. In addition, all the soda machines were out and there were no napkins. Staff was friendly and helpful, but owner and manager were sitting in a corner talking about upcoming promotions including Doja Cat and Jack Harlow with the Mexican pizza coming back to increase sales. Pro tip: maybe get the basics right first and people won't go out of their way to drive to a different store because this one is poorly managed. Support your staff and keep things stocked.

This location has never a single time given me the correct order. It’s literally always wrong. I am not sure why I keep trying. Tonight they were out of lettuce, for goodness’ sake. Please do not waste your time, the bodega on the corner has ramen and at least you know what you’re getting. Bonus points to those of you who have also been stuck in the drive-through for over an hour!

As usual, my order is wrong and sloppily put together. Anytime I ask for no sour cream, it appears they vindictively give me extra sour cream. They are perpetually out of Pink Lemonade and Sierra Mist and unapologetically inform you with a snarky comment. The staff is never friendly - not even when we try to be polite back. I'm sure it's not fun to work at a downtown TB with drunk college kids but no one forces them to work here and seeing as we get the same service at 2 in the afternoon that we do at 1 in the morning, it's clearly just their constant state of being and not environmentally induced. Not sure why I keep trying with this location. Absolute trash every time.

Terrible service. Took my two sons for dinner/snack. First time my 7 year old son was gonna have Taco Bell. They gave us someone else's order, my son hated it. He vowed never to eat Taco Bell again. When I called to notify, a lady employee demanded a receipt (which they didn't give us) and hanged up on me, twice.
