Have lost all trust. Was told there’s no record of my med even tho she just gave me a prescription for a different med so she didn’t look up the wrong name. I am extremely sketched out as to how there was no record of my meds when I was there in person and she’s telling me repeatedly there’s no record. So I called and there’s a record. I was told it would be looked into but i doubt it will be. I wouldn’t trust a word the pharmacist say.

My physician called in a prescription at least three hours before I came for pickup. I waited for 45 minutes in the drive-through lane, only to be told that they still had to check their voicemail. I was then told that they can’t fill my prescription and I had to wait for an additional 30 minutes. I drove back 30 minutes later and am still waiting. The staff weren’t even apologetic and never tried to make it easier. They are probably overworked/understaffed, but I still think they have many opportunities to make this better. I do not think I will come back again

I dropped off a prescription and the tech told me 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and they still had not even touched the prescription... it was not busy and the medication was in a bottle. All they had to do was put it in the bag and run it through insurance. Then, I came back and they said it wasn't ready.... they said another 20 minutes... after 20 minutes I came back and it still wasn't ready... They had not even ran it through insurance and she told me to hold on and she'd do it now. Long story short it wasn't covered under insurance and I had to wait 40 plus minutes to find out I couldn't get the prescription! I've had many problems with this pharmacy as far service. They are the worst pharmacy and they really need to improve their customer service. Do not use them.

I don't get the bad reviews. I ended up going here after CVS took over Schnucks. CVS is horrible to put in mildly. Wal-Mart has been fantastic! They are on the ball and go out of their way to help you!

I've been going to Walmart Highlands Pharmacy for several years. Their staff is kind, thoughtful, caring and very professional. They know me by name and have always delivered stellar service. Elda, Alexander, Lana and Matt are the best, they've gone above and beyond for me. Thank you very much for everything! I will always recommend you to my family and friends!

I'm assuming those leaving poor reviews are some of the same people I hear chewing out the staff as I wait my turn in line. It seems that many people have forgotten that those in the service/medical industry are still PEOPLE. Last time I checked, everyone is entitled to a little HUMAN error and compassion. I've been a long time customer at this location. Have there been errors? Of course! However, they have always apologized and corrected them. AND there have also been times I've needed medication and the staff has gone out of their way to help. Some are very expensive and they have gone out of their way to help me find ways to lessen the cost. As with most... taking the time to look people in the eye, acknowledging their presence and effort, and treating them as fellow human beings is almost always RETURNED with the same level of respect. Alan, Alma, Nick, Brian...just a few names off the top of my head of the people I am SO thankful to have helping me at this location.

I had issues getting my prescriptions on time for six months in a row before I finally switched to CVS. They have serious communication problems at this pharmacy. The tech would say something was out of stock, but the pharmacist would say it wasn’t. They once needed to fax my doctor, and I had to follow up with them every day for over TWO WEEKS because they would tell me they had sent it, but my doctor’s office would tell me they never received any call or fax. They originally told me the process would take three days. After a while they even stopped giving me any reason why I couldn’t get my prescriptions on time and would just say “no” and walk away! I’ve never had these issues at any other Walmart pharmacy.

I'm not a customer of Walmart Pharmacy Manchester, but was considering moving my business to them due to convenience. However, that decision was quickly made for me when I went in looking for nasal spray for my husband and couldn't get any help. Four employees were in my view and none of them offered to help me. They all acted too busy to even acknowledge me. I stood there very patiently for 4 or 5 minutes being ignored (with no other customers anywhere). They are clearly so busy they don't have time for anymore customers, so I will be taking my business elsewhere!
