Although the massages have been okay the service and explanations have been so poor. One of the good things about having a membership is if you don't use the paid monthly sessions you can use in the future or gift to others for a small fee which I did. Thought that was awesome. However when I went to cancel my membership I was told that any remaining sessions I hadn't used would expire in 60 days. No problem since that is on me but was never ever told that if I gifted any sessions they would expire as well. Tgose are used sessions in my mind because I couldnt use them and I paid the fee to transfer them. How embarrassing was it when the people I gifted them to tried to use their sessions and were told they didn't exist!!! Such HORRIBLE service! There definitely needs to be better training and highlight that important piece. So not only did I lose those gifted sessions but they made even more off of the transfer fee. Unbelievable. NOT SUCH AN AWESOME DEAL AFTERALL.

I will never go back to massage Envy American massage is the worst I’m a truck driver been to tons all over the Country and they are the worst if you won’t a good massage go to a Chinese massage they have Best.

Brian who did my massage was great but the business as a whole is kinda scammy. Unless you're a first time customer, an hour massage is $115. That's insane. It is cheaper if you buy a membership which is not normal for other, nice spas. Very strange setup to get your money.

Ended up showing up late due to a car crash in front of me. Because of this I called Ahead and explained my reasoning for being late. However when I got there it was not explained to me that I was still being charge for a full 90 minute massage. I received a less than an hour massage and ended up walking out feeling more sore after my appointment then I was before. No water or towel was offered. They also failed to start the clock when my massage was started so I would have had no idea if I was getting my full-time or close to my full time or not had I not been paying attention. When this was brought to their attention that my massage lasted less than 40 minutes, I was still charged for 90 minutes. I do not recommend this place at all.

They failed to tell me they changed the type of massage I was getting until I got there. My therapist definitely got too close to boundaries that were set in a survey before the massage took place. The room was cold and barren of any relaxing atmosphere. My favorite part was hearing the staff trash their clients before they’d even left the massage area. DO NOT GO HERE.

You get what you pay for. They have very good therapist but keep in mind that it is a national chain, some call it the Walmart of massages. On the other hand, Brian is definitely one of the best therapists in that company, highly recommended.

One of the best massages I've ever had! I suffer from chronic neck and shoulder pain and have had a bad month dealing with the pain. Mardell really listened to what I needed. I left one very happy camper and signed up for a membership the second I walked out. And the front desk staff was amazing as well. Really explained the membership stuff and what I could and couldn't do with it.

The first time I called to make an appointment they told me when to come in the next day. I came in and they could not find me in the System. My appointment never got saved. This was really inconvenient for me because I had limited time to get the massage and get back home before I had to feed my newborn baby. They gave me a free enhancement which was worth $10 for my inconvenience. The second time I called him to make an appointment they did get it saved. But what they do not tell you is that when you get there and fill out the information that they require you to; that is when your massage time starts. They also include getting undressed, dressed and talking with your massage therapists as your massage time. So it cut down on about 10 to 15 minutes of my massage time. This was one of the worst massages that I have ever gotten. I didn’t feel like she massaged me very well, just kind of rubbed around. I would recommend going somewhere else.

I had experienced my first massage with Massage Envy last night. Your staff are very nice and welcoming. Massage was good, I will not mention the person that gave me a massage, for he/she was fine. Wanted to concentrate on my back and left hip area, which is fine. I'm just used to having my massages done and when I have knot in my shoulder area that my back isn't rubbed down my back and then up my back same as my shoulder area, because now I have a knot up by my upper shoulder, lower right neck area, and I understand he/she wanted to work on my left hip and all, then rub my left leg, but what about my right leg and my feet? I used to get massages every week or sometimes twice a week when I worked at for the hospital. I will give your business another chance, I will either go to a different location or ask for someone else. Everybody has a down day. One question where do you keep your therapist certificates/licences?

My husband and I were very pleased with our recent visit! We get massages fairly often and had exceptional sessions today! Robert did a fantastic job of providing a relaxing yet effective massage, addressing me reoccurring back pain. Carrie was very thorough including much needed stretching and firm pressure as requested. We highly recommend these therapists for others with similar goals! Thanks again!
