The worst massage I’ve ever had! I booked a 60 min session for a relaxation massage. On this day, I had a headache and asked the therapist to focus on that. In addition I added that I was stuffy. She never turned me over, kept me on my stomach the entire time, her nails were long and pinched my skin throughout the session. She was very talkative and asked questions about my career and life in general. I wanted a QUIET session, obviously. She never asked if I needed any water. I still felt the need to leave gratuity, which I did. I left feeling worse: dizzy, even more stuffy and completely unsatisfied. I made the front desk aware and asked for a call back from a manager, but never heard back. NEVER going back again! Unfortunately someone needs to make this therapist aware of her poor quality treatments. ~Nina

I will never use this Pharmacy ever because of the way the have treated a friend of mine. When they had a question about her script, instead of calling the Dr., they simply drew a big red X on her script and would not fill it. She had to go back to the Dr and go thru the whole thing over again and then go to another Pharmacy....She has a lung condition, but doesn't look sick and they accused her of being a drug addict. Another time, the Dr made a mistake on the script, and instead of calling him, they made us call him, to have him call them and it took 3 hours to get the script straight and filled! their customer service sucks! ~S

I made an appointment three days prior for a 10am oil change and tire rotation. I came in early and talked to the person at the customer service desk. It was understood I had an appointment at 10 am. I waited until noon and then called up to see how the service was going. They told me that my car was dropped off and there was no appointment. That my car will be serviced in the order it came in. I explained how there was an appointment. They agreed with me yet still could not pull Car in. So I told them I will come in and take it elsewhere. This is the same place where I bought my set of 4 and was planning on maintaining my vehicle. The lack of professionalism and communication lost them a customer. ~scott
