Bad customer service, could not (and did not even try) to direct me to someone who could help with my dead car battery at home. An auto parts representative should be able to help their customers with almost any questions with a persons vehicle.

Showed up at 8.55 to get a light bulb, they are supposedly open until 9. Door was locked and guy inside wouldn't even look at me as I was knocking. Will gladly take my business to o'riley auto parts.

The biggest complaint I have is the uneducated staff at the counter! There needs to be more emphasis on basic automotive knowledge, or at least a firm grasp on how to utilize the computer system to make up for lack of knowledge!

Will never buy another part from this store again. Replaced my brake pads, rotor and caliper less than a year ago and with not even 10k miles on them, caliper froze and ruined the pads and rotor. This store refused to honor the warranty because when I initially bought the parts, I bought them for the front. Had to exchange them for the rear and they "have no record" of that so I'm out another $130. Also tried to say I had apparently driven the truck "very hard to do that much damage"! 19 year old truck with 294,000 miles on it... I BABY my truck, it is NEVER driven hard. Poor quality parts and even poorer customer service. I will definitely use another auto parts store that actually stands behind their products from now on. My advice.... steer clear of this store!

Terrible service. When I call about a part I shouldn't have to call back 45 mins later for you to tell me your gonna call me back again and turns out when I call back after another hour for the manager to tell me it's not at that store he was calling. SO WHY WASNT I CONTACTED! THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO HAVE THIS PART FOR ME ALREADY ON HOLD. I insisted on paying for it so it would be on hold, but of course it wasnt so thank you WILLIAM B for your terrible advice and not inspiring to do what the customer wanted. And the manager didnt really listen to my complaint and cut me off mid sentence trying to explain my situation. Terrible service.
