Simply put... John is a Magician. Call him up and told him what was going on. Told me to swing by so he could check it out and he helped me out/ fixed the dent in my door. He was very transparent, very fair with pricing and just an overall good guy. Cant stress how much recommend this place. 10/10 and will come back if I need this service. Thanks so much John!

Great work for cosmetic damage on your vehicle. Doesn't do windshield replace. Only windshield chips!

Highly recommended shop. I had some rear bumper damage (dent and scrapes) and got a couple estimates locally. I went with Carisma because it was the most reasonable price. They gave me several different options on how I would like the repairs done and I opted for a full on paint job and body work on the bumper and it looks amazing. A place just up the street wanted almost $900 more for the same repair! They did not cut any corners and my car looks like new! Everyone there is very professional and great to work with.

Contrary to what the name (Windshield Repair) would imply, Carisma will also do paintless dent repair (PDR) for your car here in Frazer. And on that note, John does phenomenal work -- this is the kind of skilled labor that you just can't pay for at any old place. Reminder -- cash or check only.
