Wow what more can I Say about Sarah. She not only fixed a already short hair cut. But made it so much better as it grew in as well. Thank you. And I drove out along way to get a great cut based by all the positive reviews. !!

This salon has changed owners. The website isn't accurate. While the new owner is friendly, I left very disappointed. I didn't say anything because I didn't want her to touch my hair again. I paid her and even tipped her out of habit, but I just wanted to get out of there. :( It was that bad. I went to another salon to fix it, where they told me that I had bleach marks all over my scalp. Service: Balayage

I live in South Jersey and am attending a wedding in Malvern. Came here for my hair and makeup and Sarah did a phenomenal job. I’m not one to wear makeup so I always get nervous getting it done. This was my first visit and I don’t live in the area, so of course I was nervous finding someone I didn’t know! I had an appointment with Chelsea; to say she was awesome is an understatement! She was funny, energetic, warm and kind. She’s been doing hair and color for almost 20 years and she knows here way with shears! I was SO terrified because A) I was with a new stylist and B) I was going short after having long hair for 20 years.. Suffice it to say, she knew exactly the way I wanted it and helped me through the entire process, which was daunting at first. I felt so comfortable being there even during COVID, and this was worth it! Chelsea did an incredible job and I will be coming back again to see her. Thank you SO much for the extra time you took with me and for the TLC you put into my new look.

I was nervous to get my hair cut here as it was my first time at this salon and I was rightfully nervous. I’ve never hated a hair cut more than this. I asked for a few inches off the bottom and long layers and instead I got what looks like two different hair cuts (one short and one long with no blending). She even repeated multiple times “long layers” and “not short” and that is not what I got. If I wanted it this short I would have donated it. Hoping it grows back before my wedding. They were all very nice just unfortunately a terrible hair cut and I definitely would not go back. Service: Hairstyling

I have been trying to find time to get my hair done, but I either have money and no time, or time but no money. Looking on line at the salon services for just a haircut surprised me. I guess the high prices have to cover the upkeep of large salons. On a whim, for once having time and money, I walked into Robert Michael's Salon. Although it isn't a big upscale salon, its clean warm atmosphere is welcoming. I was greeted right away, by the owner and Barb, one of the hair stylists. Stylist is an understatement. Barb is a master. I have a hard time explaining what I want, but I was able to tell her what I like to do with my hair. From my description, Barb was able to work with my hair and give me a great cut. She did an excellent job with my hair, which surprised me, as my hair has a mind of its own. Robert Michael's Salon is also reasonably priced too. It's good to know that good things still come in small packages.

My husband and I have been coming to Robert Michael's for years. Small, friendly place, with people who can do whatever you need. I personally see Barbie, and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. Barbie knows so much and takes time to make sure you're happy. I feel like the other employees are the same.
