I've been going here for years and was treated badly by a nail technician I ended up Googling nail salons near me right in there location. I ended up going to Better Nail salon and it is better. Nobody was rude to me there. Great Valley Spa and Nails Last my business and any referrals in the future.

Have been using Great Valley Nails for years. Though everyone there is very professional and good at their jobs, I see Sophia, I love how she does my dip nails and they always last two weeks or more. I have never been disappointed with the service it is a wonderful place for a little pampering. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Do not go here. They don’t honor appointment times and are always running late. Since they’re always running late they rush and don’t do a good job. I just left here and spent $70 for my nails to look terrible. Jen did my gel manicure, the nails were cut too short, there’s blemishes in the polish from rushing and not paying attention. She was being rushed at the end to move on to the next person. I’ve given this place multiple chances and I definitely won’t be back. I recommend you go to another place, not worth the money. The ladies in the salon are very nice and professional. The salon is clean and they take COVID Pre-Cautions very serious. I have been going to them for several years. I live 45 minutes away but when I can I drive here for pedicure and waxing services. Services: Pedicure, Body waxing

Sophia and the entire staff are fantastic !! I have been going to this salon since it opened and was thrilled that Sophia made the move to the new location. She is wonderful and her workmanship is impeccable! Highly recommend !!!!

TERRIBLE I got a manicure here recently and I will probably never go back. 1.The lady that did my nail was so rude. She was terrible at doing nails, I really think my 4 years old niece could do it better. it was all over my skin, and the 2 layers did not even align with one another. She LITERALLY just threw the top coat on. (I mean like not even two strokes) and when I pointed out that there was a knick on one of my nails ( which she made with her nail while trying to clean up the skin because she was so bad at doing nails) she sighed and rolled her eyes and just THREW another top coat on. I never been sooo disappointed at paying so much for getting my nails done. On top of that I introduced myself to the lady that was going to do my nails, and asked for her name. She just gave me a black stare and was so rude. I understand if she does not speak any english, but if you know how to say 'wash hands' or 'cut', then at least she can give me her name (so that I probably can avoid her next time) but there probably wont be a next time. 2. wait there is a 2? YES. They advertise that they give 10% off first customers. I pointed that out before the lady ran my credit card and during when she was punching in the numbers. but yet no 10% discount. Total scam
