Will never go back and do not recommend this place. I was quoted a different price over the phone and when it came time to paying, I was charged almost $10.00 more. They also made a mistake on the uniforms I bought and tried to charge me for it.

Angie and the staff at Precision Embroidery are excellent! My staff and I get most of our scrubs there because they let you try the scrubs on before you buy them. They have special ordered items for me in the past and if its not what I want, they gladly return it. Great customer service. I have also had great results with their embroidery for my office jackets and will soon be getting my scrubs embroidered there as well. Thank you! -Cooper

Kind and courteous staff. I always get a straightforward answer and I always get the highest quality products. There are so many options here from scrubs, to embroidery, to heat press. If you are looking to get stockings done for Christmas, make sure you come in well before Thanksgiving. And if you're wanting to get anything done for Christmas come in mid October or before, because they fill up fast.

Angie and staff are absolutely awesome to work with. Our poor planning caused a timing issue for staff shirts. Not only did they get our logo updated as requested, they rushed the order and met our deadline, several days earlier than requested!!!

I go to precision for all of my personal and business items. I love the options offered! I know I can count on the owners to do what they think would look best while incorporating my ideas! I have not tried screen printing although I would definitely love the opportunity and I know I will always go here! I highly recommend this business for the price, the quality, and the super friendly service!

These guys went over and above! While in Helena I came up with a last minute idea for my husband's anniversary present, an embroidered jacket. I was leaving for home on Sunday and called them on Wednesday to see if it was possible. They went out of their way to make sure it was finished by Friday, (designed the logo and everything) and the jacket looks fantastic! Thanks to the Precision Embroidery Team, wouldn't go anywhere else!!
