Quality products, helpful staff. A bit on the pricey side, but I expect to pay a little more for a superior product that will stand the test of time. Good place to get gifts.

This chain is having financial problems and it shows. Inventory is heavily skewed to their house brands. Not a great selection. The local team is doing their best but they are no longer the go-to store to find things.

I always enjoy going into this store but they were low on stock because of all the shipping problems but still had quite a bit especially in the kitchen area. I was looking for bedspreads.

Went here recently and found it really sad. It was a shell of its former self with shelves empty and hardly anyone in the store. To be fair, I don't think I've been in this store since before the pandemic but I expected something a bit more. Staff was incredibly friendly though!

It's been a long time since heading to Bed, Bath & Beyond - and the "beyond" part was a great surprise. I've been trying to up our coffee game and lo and behold, my husband found these many different coffee flavor syrups that we haven't found in the grocery store. He was super impressed! And then we told friends to check them out too. Looking forward to our next visit!

I had a cart full of items. There was an employee at the return desk, and another employee at a different cash register. I pushed my cart over to the regular checkout. The male employee said "I'm not open". Ok.. fine. So I got in line at the return desk. While waiting, and almost immediately after he "wasn't open" an employee of the store walked up to the register and he checked her out. Soon there were at least 4 other employee gathered around this register chatting away. I was about to walk out of the store when Jone (I believe that was her name) motioned to me and said "I will check you out ". The only reason I gave this pitiful place any stars at all was because of the excellent customer service recovery by Jone! Thank you Jone for being a great customer service employee! I hope someone in bed bath and beyond sees this review and realizes they are wasting money paying most of their so called employees.

Great store! Whenever I'm looking for an odd item, not mainstream, this is the place I go and I've yet to be disappointed! I got the most amazing showerhead there! It ended up not working for our tub and I had to replace it. That experience in itself was fast and easy and to the point. I was able to return the item, unfortunately for me because I really wanted to keep it, easily and without issue. If my tub was better quality this WOULD HAVE BEEN the showerhead for me and my family. Regardless, the store is clean, there is a vast assortment of selections and everything is top notch quality. For out-of-the-box thinkers who require special not run-of-the-mill items this is your place.

Nice selection. Their offerings seem to be higher quality and more pleasing design. We found a beautiful bathtub curtain and matching waste basket, soap dish, soap dispenser, and tissue box cover.

I love that we have this in town but I'm baffled as to how they stay in business. It's never very busy here. They have a lot of cool things for the kitchen. They don't have the cheapest prices for things like bedding and curtains, but they mark things down if you dig around enough. The staff are always helpful.

They will price match anything in the store. I saved $150 on my new toaster oven by finding a cheaper price online. Only downside is the staff. It has to he the least helpful group of people I've ever dealt with in any business. If you have any questions you're a bother. Luckily the store is easy to navigate and our phones can answer any questions we might have.
