The local branch is great but I would never do an auto loan with them again. They caused me so much stress by messing up the title so I couldn't sell the car in a timely manner and the next offer was $2000 less, couldn't update an address, added a $3600 insurance charge to the balance because of this but couldn't remove it, etc. Local banking, great, but the loans are centralized. No way.

Not a member, but treated us as if we were. Would consider this bank based on our visit, however we live out of state where FIB is not available. Keep up the seevice!

We have had numerous problems with this branch, recently they lost one if the checks that we deposited and took the money back out of our account even though we have a deposit slip showing the total. They regularly screw up our deposit amounts even when explicit instructions are included with the deposit slip. if you are looking for a new bank i suggest you look elsewhere.
