I typically always love Ross but tonight the manager and cashier was rude. My son went in to make a purchase and he was short four dollars and asked to run out to grab it really fast he wasn't even a minute. They canceled his order they already charged me for which locked up my card for 24 hours . Their response was oh well your gonna have to wait 24 hours to have money added back to your card . We have other customers that are more important then wait on you. The parking lot was empty store didn't have very many people in it.

Great prices and I always leave buying something... just not usually what I went in for specifically. Me: Goes in for new bath rug. Also me: Leaves with a table, ramen noodles, car seat, and bar of soap.

Terrible selection, the store is almost empty. Could easily fit everything in a store half its size. Still worth looking inside. Friendly customer service and clean store.

Ross is Ross! 😅 If you know what I mean. I love to shop at Ross. Mens, Ladies and childrens Clothes, shoes, perfumes, kitchen/ cooking accessories, some furniture and decorating accessories. Bedding sheets, towels, etc. Each Ross has different selections...

I love Ross. It has always had great clothes, shoe, beautiful purses. The store has something for everyone. The staff were great and willing to help with any questions.

Seems like they get less and less merchandise every year, then just space the store out to make it seem just as full. The staffing at this place is very poor. I’ve gone in here multiple times in the last year and have just turned around and left immediately because of how long the lines are. I feel bad for the employees because they are put in an impossible position to succeed by management. I have a picture of a line of about 20 people in my slide. I would estimate that’s a 30+ minute wait. TJ Maxx is a much better option in town.

I have visited this place multiple times. Very big mall with great collection. Calvin Klein One perfume I got here was good and worth for the money. I have purchased acrylic paint set, which is not good quality. Artistica art paint brushes also not have good quality so returned them. I have purchased chopping board for $8.99. The universal flexible long arm mount for mobile phone for $7.99 is not of good quality.l will return this item soon as vacuum suction is not working properly. Exceptional customer service. The women at cash register always smile at customers who provide me best customer service. This store had wide range of variety items one should shop for. I feel very happy and will shop again here.
