A couple of weeks ago we were looking for a pre-owned vehicle and made an appointment. Tim took care of us and his service was outstanding. #1 Cochran Chevrolet has treated me like a friend stopping for lunch. My wife and I will stay with our buddies at #1. I believe that I'm not just buying a vehicle. I'm buying a dealership and we will remain with #1. 1) They do quality maintenance on my cars. 2) I'm updated on the progress of work being done on my vehicles promptly and frequently. This sometimes means pictures are shown to us dealing with the work being done. 3) The entire staff is courteous & polite.

Jesse was the bomb he helped me out in getting a used F-150 for work. Cochran expressway is a super intuitive system, and Jesse was on top of making sure everything went smooth and simple for me. I'm busy and its hard for me to get extra time but he made it all come together fast and easy. Lisa and Kenny are both awesome in finance too!

Awesome dealership with awesome staff! Everyone knows how difficult it is to buy/find new vehicles in this day and age with the whole chip shortage. Everything has to be ordered and even when you do order one, chances are you can't get exactly what you want and build times are longer than anyone wants to wait. Jesse Parker happened to have a Chevy Silverado 3500 High Country built EXACTLY the way I wanted it coming to his location. He took great care of me in making sure that the truck was held for me and not sold to anyone else. I had another dealership promise to hold a truck for me and ended up selling it out from under me. I had to wait a bit for the truck to be delivered to the dealership but that was GM's fault and not anyone at the dealership. The second the truck touched down, Jesse called me and told me it landed. The four hour drive from my home was well worth it to make sure that I got the exact truck that I wanted. On top of that, most dealerships are selling vehicles well above sticker price. This is one of the only dealerships that does NOT mark up the price of their vehicles. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend checking out their inventory and if they have something you like call and ask for Jesse Parker. He will take great care of you just like he did for me.

BIGGG thanks to Jesse and Ken for helping me get a vehicle fit for me for such a great price. I’m 6’6 and was originally driving a Hyundai Sonata which wasn’t horrible size wise but not the best for me. Jesse and ken both helped me out with the process and closing and were super nice, helpful and patient. If you’re looking for a great priced vehicle and awesome customer service those are your guys!!
