I went to this dealership specifically because I knew Roman Black. If he wasn't a salesman there I doubt I would have picked this dealership for a new car because I have not had good experiences with the parts department in the past. I would recommend that people go to this dealership and deal with Roman.

When the non-GM vehicle I was driving began to smoke from the engine, I quickly pulled into the service parking lot. I approached the service desk and asked for some assistance. The technician in the reception area, Kenzie, prioritized my situation and stepped away from her current activity to take a look under the hood with me. Kenzie quickly pointed out issues that she could see and recommended that I have the vehicle towed to a facility suited for the repair. We purchased a new 2021 Traverse from Cody Huff and couldn't be more pleased with the interaction we had with him. We initially were turning in our 2019 Traverse that was at the end of the lease, and had no intention of purchasing a new vehicle, as we couldn't find another Traverse in the color we wanted. Cody pointed out there was one that had just arrived on the lot---long story short, he worked hard for us and got us a great purchase price. We have purchased several other vehicles from Kelly over the years--Cody definately earned our business and I would highly recommed him to family and friends.

I dropped my car off on 1/24 for servicing. Your employees argued with me about my car’s warranty not covering for the services needed. I have my warranty until 5/22 and yet they tried to make me pay for servicing. Once that was settled, my car needed a part to arrive to be fixed. I received an email on the morning of 1/27 saying my part came in. I called for an update that afternoon and the service department said “the part isn’t in”. Someone from the parts department confirmed the item came in that morning. I had to wait until the next day for my car to be finished. I dropped my car off for my appointment the morning of 1/24 and didn’t get it back until 1/28. In the whole 5 days you had my car, I only received one phone call to update me on my car. The only pleasant experience I had was with Angel in your reception office when I scheduled the appointment. I will never be coming back for servicing or buying another car from this dealership. Update: your mechanics also left a nice grease stain on the interior of my car
