One of the few stores that I love So much cool stuff! Such excellent prices! And so far, no issues with quality (except 1 cheap air ratchet, which I half expected). The staff is helpful and it's probably a good thing it's far from my house, or else they would have a larger amount of my limited funds.

I came in today to find accessories for my roof rack, and a man named Doug went out of his way to help me find everything I needed as well as take time to sign me up for a membership which I actually ended up saving me money and then opening up a bunch of membership deals for the year as well. The Butler,Pa store is awesome as are the people who work there. There are 2 gals that go well above what I'd consider normal customer service. A big shout out to Lisa and Patti. If a certain item is not on the shelf they will check inventory. If it is in stock they will retrieve it from the warehouse for you along with enough to restock the shelves. Thanks Again Lisa and Patti you make shopping there enjoyable!!

Your coupons are a joke! Cashier never asked if I had any coupons. I asked about my free bucket and got where's your coupon. I didn't have time to find the coupon on my phone since there were other people that were waiting in line. I told him to forget about it. What a joke!!

Very nice selection of tools with a very wide range, store seemed very well kept and its harbor and freight so it's actually resonable prices. I didn't purchase anything but deffinently would if I had the need

This was a standard harbor freight experience. Staff members were friendly and tried to be helpful, but were not terribly knowledgeable. Store was clean and well organized. They seemed well stocked and had everything I was looking for. No complaints from me, it was exactly what I was expecting!

One of the few stores whose employees are knowledgeable and competent. Sorry not too many more out there like that. Wish management could offer coupons or cash or %off promotions. I paid full price for everything
