refused to cancel my membership for MONTHS then when they finally said they did i still got charged AGAIN like a week later instead of the refund they said i was getting. save ur time, money, and effort and just sign up for literally any other gym. 0/5

Severe anxiety and planet fitness do not mix well. I informed the staff that I was new to PF and had zero clue on what to do, or where to go. The woman helped sign me in for tanning and just told me not to leave or my appointment will be canceled and left me sitting there uncomfortable as ever for at least 40 minutes before I decided to just leave.

This Planet Fitness is where all the rich people go 😄. Parking lot be looking like a car show with my car of course being the best looking and sounding car 😝 Gym is pretty big with 2 floors. Gym patrons are courteous. Staff is friendly and the gym is clean.

Cleanest gym I’ve ever belonged to. I did not realize how lucky I had it at this location until I visited a different one while on vacation. Spotless!

Similar to the benefits and the Moon Township location this one is the giant new kid on the block two stories all still clean well kept and maintained with newer equipment. The place to go if you live around that area.

Clean, modern, and spacious. This Planet Fitness location has plenty of exercise equipment, and is very clean (they also have several cleaning/sanitizing stations on each floor). This location also has a wide variety of clientele, in various stages of fitness. It truly lives up to it's "No judgment" slogan.

I feel like in the past 3 months this location has steadily gotten worse. Dirty bathrooms , dirty floors , and even if you wanted to clean up after yourself you couldn't . Paper towels are always gone and spray bottles always empty with 6 or more employees just standing around . Might be time to start working out at home !

I always make a point to take a special trip out to this location from Moon Township only because the amenities, cleanliness, and experience are superior to any other Planet Fitness I have ever found. This location is the only one I'd feel comfortable showering in because of how clean it is. My only suggestion is that they add seats for every shower stall. The staff is friendly, the location is clean, and I feel like I get the best value for my money at this gym. GO PF CRANBERRY!

My home away from home. Great staff. Clean and well maintained gym. Enough equipment where you do not have to wait to use something. Great prices, also have met some new people here that share my goals.

Can't beat it for $10 a month and no commitment. Nice locker rooms and tons of cardio equipment. Even when it's busy after work, the space still feels very open. PF may not be the best if you're serious about heavy lifting, but it's good for my fitness needs (light weight training and cardio). Convenient location makes it easy to add a stop at the gym to my errands.
