Reminds me of shoprite from New york. Miss my city so i come here to shop often but the selection of products is a lot smaller. Can you believe they didn’t have sprite??? They have halal options for chicken though so thats really exciting.

Used to be my main go to place. After covid it is not the same. Not many Employees working the cashier and the ones working them are rude at times. I feel like management should step up and teach their employees customer service skills.

Not enough cashiers too many self check out.I do not work there I shouldnt have to check my own groceries. I like for a person to cash me out.

I went on Saturday morning there was only one cashier and one supervisor and no one on the sales floor. I asked for help about an advertised item the cashier didn't know I asked to talk to the supervisor this woman heard me ask the cashier to speak with her and she loudly stated she was going to the office and disappeared. There are many stores in reading I will not be returning
