Everybody! And I mean everybody there has been very friendly and helpful over the last couple of weeks. Need help learning the equipment? They got you! Nobody just takes a a piece of equipment that you're using. They always ask first if it's free even if you're just in the vicinity of it. Good atmosphere to work out!

You’re always greeted with a smile when you come in. With any questions always willing to answer all the staff is more than willing to help on what is fitting your needs. Probably the reason this place is always full of people because they’re getting such great service unlike other planet fitness locations.

I think I will come to Enjoy it there. But I am New & have Some injuries . I'm trying to strengthen . With the Approval of my Doctor . BUT There is NEVER ANYONE Working there to help out with learning how to use the Machines for the First time . Except one Employee at the Front desk who can't leave to help out . I'm not Looking for Training advice , I'm just need Someone to Show me how to Adjust the night of the seats . Basic stuff like that . All I keep hearing is we are going to hire a trainer but yet you never do . And I'm all alone there & none of the members want to help due to being Afaird of the No Judgement Policy . Which I think is a good policy . But maybe taken too far when people are Afaird to even have a a basic conversation due to worry . Of getting in trouble for helping Me / Someone in need of help that PLANET FITNESS is not Supplying . To use the Machines properly as to not injure Mys Angain I Do Believe I will be happy there . But you need people walking around . Helping us new to the place . So we can learn the Machines without HURTING MYSELF

I like coming here. The bathrooms were clean and the entire building seemed clean. It's a nice relaxing place to go to blow off steam. The hydro massage bed is unbelievable I could sleep on that thing for days

Try to cancel....Its mind numbingly painful to cancel. (Intentionally designed for difficult cancellation) I'm tired of watching workers watch us do THEIR jobs. As a member, you are merely a paying cleaner. This establishment is an embarrassment. I highly recommend turning elsewhere for your gym needs.

Staff is kind and helpful. One of the largest gyms around. Can be difficult to get on your desired machines around peak time (4-7) but most members are friendly and have no problem sharing. Clean and well lit place.

Staff is helpful and nice. The only time a single spot in there isn't clean is if someone blows up the bathroom within 5 minutes of you walking in there, THATS IT. Only deducting one star because I want them to get a sauna

I absolutely love this location. Very clean, well maintained all around, and well organized in addition to all of the other perks that you expect at a Planet Fitness.

Good enough to get a lot done. It's not an ideal gym but you can't beat the prices. Don't spend all your time on the cardio equipment, strength training is a key part for men and women.
