Don't be intimidated by what you may have heard. CrossFit is for anyone and everyone! The atmosphere at CrossFit Recreate is welcoming and all-inclusive, the members are friendly and supportive, and the coaching is outstanding! Of my many CrossFit experiences, I find that CrossFit Recreate is unmatched! I am so happy to be a part of this community.

If you never joined a CrossFit gym in your life, let this one be your first! CrossFit Recreate is home to some of the best people you’ll meet. The community you build becomes a part of your family, the coaches here care deeply about you, and everyone there is always motivating and pushing each other to places they never thought they could get to both physically and mentally. One thing I can say without any doubt is that I’ve never felt more powerful, strong, motivated, and full of energy like this before. This is because the coaches are constantly checking and fixing your form and technique, they are willing to put in extra time on Sundays to work on any movement you might want to perfect even more, they will put everything out their for their members because that is who they are. Thank you crossfit recreate, because of you, I found the one passion that causes all my problems, sorrows, and stress caused each day to go away the second I step into the gym because I know I’m going to feel like a super women walking right out.

This is my 4th year with CrossFit Recreate. I was so nervous to walk through those doors for the first time, but I’m sure glad I did! It has been a life-changing decision! I am 53 years old and have truly never felt better or stronger. Every day I attend I feel so accomplished and proud of myself for making through another workout! It’s not easy at times, but it is definitely worth the hard work! This gym has a family atmosphere where everyone is there to support one another. No judgement. Only friends helping you succeed. The coaches are the best! They are so knowledgable, motivational, and definitely promote proper movement to ensure safety! Stop in and join us! You will be glad you did!

I'm not sure where to begin with my review of Crossfit Recreate. Perhaps focusing on the coaches would be the most appropriate as they are the foundation and core of Crossfit Recreate. The coaches are exceptional and experienced. Their love for what they do is demonstrated through their knowledge, personal fitness levels, care, concern, and commitment for the gym members, positivity, encouragement, community involvement, and complete dedication to the Crossfit profession. There are a variety of classes for ALL fitness levels, along with individualized instruction during the classes and workouts to promote and ensure proper technique and execution of the specific crossfit and fitness skills. The coaches are knowledgable and understand the limitations of some members making appropriate modifications as necessary. Ryan and Alecia have created a premier and professional crossfit gym and a great opportunity for health, fitness, and friendship in the community. If you are someone who wants to get strong, healthy both physically and mentally, gain confidence, and meet a lot of really nice people, consider trying a class at Crossfit Recreate.

Crossfit recreate is the place to go , if your looking to change your body and mind. Being apart of this gym has given me confidence and allowed me to accomplish things I didn't know I could. Michael is a gifted coach and trainer. He has made the impossible possible.

My son (12yrs old) is new to Crossfit Recreate. He is enjoying the class and it has motivated him to want to become fit, healthy and strong. Ryan and Alicia are very kind and helpful. CrossFit Recreate is the best place to go if you’re trying to better yourself and become a better overall athlete. I worked with Ryan for around 4 months in total and had an incredible experience. Learning how to strengthen my weaknesses to become stronger. I truly couldn’t recommend this place enough, the environment and people are incredible!!
