Service was ok. I was passed back and forth between service desks, which is fine, but the gentleman who was working at the Toyota service desk clearly did not want to be there. At the end of my appointment, I had some questions about additional services- more specific purchasing oil change packages. Again, I was passed back to the Toyota desk (when the answer could have just been given to me by opening the price binder). I walked back to the Toyota service desk and asked my question again. This gentleman rolled his eyes and told me the girl who just sent me back could answer my question. She yelled back that he needed to answer it and brought back the price binder. He looked at me and asked me what he was supposed to do with it? Then started flipping through it. About that time, I was beginning to regret that I asked, what I thought was a simple question, and was ready to just leave. However, he did find the prices and relayed them to me. Other than that, my service appointment was about two and a half hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection.

I took my 2020 black on black Toyota nightshade To Diehl Toyota for inspection. Bought four New tires plus alignment. I received my car back and was happy with service and did not immediately inspect my car which was a big mistake. (Check your car when you get it back!!) Due to the rain I washed my car about a week later and noticed several paint chips on the hood of my car and also scuff marks on two out of the four black spider mag rims. They blamed it on rocks and curbing my vehicle which was definitely not true. I rarely drive my car and wash and detail it weekly and my car was flawless. It was them and they did not own it. I will never go back there. They did not take any pride in servicing my vehicle and they didn't make things right.
