Despite dealership being close to closing time, spent more than ample time explaining everything to include the sale agreement as well as new car features (well beyond closing time).

Not a great experience. Dropped my Jetta off at 9am on a Wednesday for an inspection and oil change. Didn't hear anything til 5pm when they told me my tires wouldn't pass and we had to wait til the next day to install them because it was too late... Next day I arrive to pick up the car and the brand new tires are damaged and the front passenger tire was bulging off the rim. They claimed they were bad tires. Of course they didn't have any in stock to replace that day so a wasted trip and still did not have my car. The next day don't hear anything until 5pm again. They received a new tire to replace the damaged one but now they noticed the other brand new tires were bulging as well. Sooo they order me a whole new set didn't get my car back for 7 days. Finally go to pick it up and he says he would knock $100 off for my troubles. Not even 10% off the total cost of the service. Honestly it was just a laughable experience. Not going to blame anyone here but just a very negative experience.

Service department is decent but the VW sales team is a bit lackluster. They seem unwilling to drive a sale to the finish and honestly have no desire to want to work with you to figure anything out. I made a very respectable offer on a new vehicle and they declined it and said MSRP is the best they could do. When I told them I had a vehicle to trade in I expected a competitive offer on the vehicle but I was completely wrong. Luckily I had been in the process of working with VW dealer in Moon. They were way more enthusiastic and willing to work with me. I was able to buy the 2021.5 Atlas for 1200 cheaper and they 3500 more for my trade in. I recommend that you do your homework and understand the market values before you go here. They seem to run high from a price perspective and offer less on trades than other dealers in the area. I personally loved working with vw of moon very respectable and willing to work with you. Like I said before their service dept has been nothing but respectable to me when taking my vehicle in for service but I would consider the sales department a failure honestly.
