Took my new car in for its 1st oil change. The young man working in the service department that organized the oil change was very efficient and professional. The waiting room was cozy with free coffee if you wanted it. They also have a beverage and snack machine if you want it too. I have no complaints with my service.

Always a pleasure to take my vehicle in for service. Each service and $ amount charged is explained to you. Ongoing items that need to be addressed are pointed out and documented so you don't have to commit them to your memory. Attentive staff. Without exception the staff are very pleasant. Always available and willing to answer questions. Waiting area is clean with coffee, water and snacks available. The rest room is always clean.

I purchased a 2022 Buick Enclave. Very happy with the car, but I was having trouble with the fob. Tried to follow difficult to understand instructions in manual, with no success. I returned to dealership 3 days after purchasing auto to ask for help. Told me fob had to be reprogrammed and it would be $138.00. for labor. No parts, just reprogramming fob. It took them 10 minutes. 3 days after purchasing my car, no help to understand fob. Where is the courtesy 3 days after purchase
