Nice people but EXTREMELY slow pharmacy, must be understaffed. It took 30 min of waiting in drive thru. Would transfer elsewhere but for insurance.

All I can say is, april6,2022, I went through the drive thru, it was Extremely busy the lady that waited on me went over and beyond measure to help me get a discount on my medication, I’ve been a member here for three years with a chronic illness and sometimes we can misery people but all I know is she’s one that has a straight poker face and if you don’t have a spirit of hospitality and patience you will miss your blessing, As sick as I was waiting for my prescription , Most of the time no matter how you feel it’s always somebody worse , The people that are working for us or human but sometimes you really have to show yourself friendly thank you Charlene

Pharmacists went out of her way to help me find a otc medication equivalent to a prescription I received since it wouldn't be covered by insurance. Even when we were unable to find something, she was still able to get the prescription down to almost half it's original price! Really appreciated the help on what's been a terrible day.

I was basically screamed at by the Indian lady at the pharmacy. I came to get a covid test and the instructions for how I go about the test was told to me extremely fast and she was moving back and forth. I wasn’t sure if I took the test in front of her because she walked away. In my experience you drive off and come back into the line so I wasn’t sure. As I was coming back she called me literally SCREAMING and being absolutely rude. I just hung up because that is not how you talk to a human being. When I came back (literally in 1 minute) it was a completely different person assisting me who was very nice. Thank you to that lady

I took my sick child to get a Covid test today and the person at the drive thru was irritated and devoid of compassion when I pulled up to the window to get a test for her... And I completely understand that she is burnt, but I promise, I have been vaccinated but my sick child, who is just a child and can't be vaccinated, deserves a little better? I know it is hard dealing with people and illness. I understand that, but we are scared and sick and being kind or polite goes a long way.

I always have a great experience here. The previous reviews about things taking forever must be coming from people that believe they’re the only person filling a prescription in that store. I assure you, they’re wrong. Everyone wants help from the people in the pharmacy and from what I can tell the patients always far outnumber the techs. They’re always busy but always kind, helpful and seem happy to be at work.

Pharmacy is slow. Waited for 45 mins at window than another 30 mins still to not get anything accomplished. Employees moved with no urgency or no apology for the long wait times. This is ridiculous have never had to wait for an "express" script. Definitely not an express experience.. will no longer be going to this walgreens if I could give a no star I would.
