Pharmacy is a constant frustration. Too many times where I'm told a prescription is ready, then it's not there when I go. They don't have many common prescriptions in stock. The communication is such a challenge here. When there's a miscommunication, there's no apology - they just want you to come back another time (acting like it's no big deal to keep doing circles to the pharmacy). It's been such a constant frustration and struggle to continue getting prescriptions here. I just started expecting there to be some kind of mistake or miscommunication with the prescription each time I went there. Amber is knowledgeable and has helped me both over the phone and in person several times to get things worked out that had to get escalated. Overall - just too many issues with putting things incorrectly through insurance, saying my doctor didn't call something in (when I had evidence of the contrary), their auto text service is inaccurate, etc. I gave them far too many chances - now I'm so so glad to not be dealing with this anymore.

Staff in the billing counter was so rude and arrogant, I never had these experience before in CVS, just wanted to leave a message here so that someone from CVS will Look into it and take necessary steps..Here no zero rec review otherwise I would have choosen zero..

They are clueless on how to process pharmacy medication, how to accept payment, general customer service. I chose this location because it is close to my doctors office. There is a woman there in the morning who really needs to be fired. Her phone manner and disposition is terrible. Having worked for CVS in the past and been a customer I can honestly say I’m going to escalate this to Rhode Island because clearly this location in Cary does not care about providing quality service. In the meantime I will be at Publix Pharmacy with competent healthcare staff. I truly miss real healthcare professionals who had business sense and healthcare sense. Truly the worst!

The management at this store shocked me with how they handled a simple return of bad chocolates. I was told that they couldn't process the return because it was partially eaten and was a health concern. Why would I waste my time trying to return a Whitman sampler if it wasn't bad? Shouldn't they bend over backwards to process the return. Thankfully no one got sick from the Chocolates or there would be more than a health concern to worry about. worry about

I called ahead the day before and a young lady told me they close pictures at 9, I called on the day I was going to go just to be 100% sure because I have to walk there. A man told me 8:30pm but it was ok if I got there a little pass 8:30. I walk away and a woman at the front, very rude, tells me "We close at 8:30pm" I proceed to try and explain what was told to me and was CUT OFF before I could fully finish! "8:30 is 8:30, he told me you called, and he said 8:30" NO HE DID NOT! I got there at 8:33! I wouldn't be upset had I not been given THREE DIFFERENT ANSWERS!!!

I came today and my prescription was not there. I said I can wait for them to refill at but they said it will take at least an hour and that I should come back tomorrow.

William went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for when so many other stores were closed! Thank you for your stellar customer service! We will be back to this CVS for sure.
