I purchased a recliner and a sectional at the same time for over $3,200. We set up deliver for August 17th (the day before my birthday). I took off work and cancelled the babysitter to accept delivery. My wife receives a call this morning (Tuesday, Aug 16th, the day before scheduled delivery) to schedule delivery for tomorrow between 8am and 11am. PERFECT!! Then, today, at 4:45pm, she gets a other call letting her know that not only has Weekends Only changed our delivery to FRIDAY (I've already taken off work on Wednesday the 17th), but that the Sectional we purchased for $2,000 will not be delivered. EVER!! They don't have it in stock and will not be getting it again. Had I known Weekends Only did business this way I would have never given them my money. I will tell everyone I know about this terrible experience. Very dissapointed

I purchased a couch this past weekend, and it was scheduled for delivery today. I paid $149 for delivery. When it arrived, it was missing the legs for the chaise footstool. The delivery driver stated that he saw and extra set of legs at the warehouse, but he didn't know what they were for so he left them at the warehouse. Mistakes happen. The delivery driver connected me with a dispatcher that told me that I would have to come to the warehouse to pick up the legs. I explained to her that while I understand that mistakes occur, I paid to have the couch delivered complete, and it was not. I should not have to drive to the warehouse to pick up parts that should have been delivered in the first place. I asked her if I drove to pick them up, would I be credited the $149. She said no, and there was nothing she could do. I called and spoke with Weekends Only Customer Service (after being on hold for nearly 45 minutes), and was informed that they could send them through the mail and it would be up to 10 business days before I receive them. I told her that was not satisfactory, and I expected them to be delivered no later than tomorrow. A request that I felt was reasonable. She stated that she could not do that. I have now purchased a couch that I cannot use, with no resolution in sight. Considering returning the couch. I will not be purchasing from Weekend Only every again. Very poor customer service and delivery.

We were greeted by someone and asked them about the mattress and if it’s in stock. The man came back with someone else and explained that he would know more. Come to find out they didn’t have the mattress and didn’t know if they would ever get them again. I was really disappointing to see a bed on display that I couldn’t get. I had asked if they had another bed similar to this one and they told me no. We ended up going to mattress firm and the sales experience was way better, I actually find a bed we liked more and I spent 2.5x more there, glady. I really think you missed a sales opportunity.

BUYER BEWARE. READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! Had doubts I should have listened to and now hoping to inform you. Got scheduled a delivery date that turned out to not even be an option for this company. They called the day before the supposed delivery date even to “confirm it”. After not showing up that day or the next day, I continued to call and try to track this delivery. The routing number didn't even work. After finally getting someone on the phone 2 days later and 12 voicemails later (which never got return btw), the woman explained to me that they don't even deliver on those days and what a mess up someone had made. My furniture was delivered 5 days later after having taken my shift off and losing that income all just to be there on an incorrect date and stood up. The customer service wait time is horrific. My minimum wait time was 1hr and 13min….and out of the 12 calls only once did I ever get someone on the phone. They need to refund my Delivery fees and refused to do so because who knows if I would have ever even gotten what I paid 900$ for if I hadn't gotten lucky to finally reach someone after 4 days of them being MIA. This particular store front manger is even specifically horrid. If you are looking for someone to give you attitude and careless tone then by all means, talk to him. This company needs to do a better job and read their reviews on customer satisfaction. They are losing money left and right and maybe their district manager Geoffrey Collins should get replaced at this rate

The delivery service is terrible. They barely tried to fit my couch through the door and then told me it wouldn't fit and that I should have ordered something else. It took a couple days to reschedule delivery and on second delivery attempt the delivery man was able to get the same couch through the door without issue. Trying to reschedule delivery was hard, I was on hold for an hour and a half at one time. I requested that the delivery manager call me back and did not receive a call back. Upon delivery, after unboxing the frame of loveseat was bent, I am being told they will send out a new one and we can use the bent one in the meantime. Will update if it is not rectified.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by a smiling employee. Got a bed and desk. Worked with Mitch the sales man, who was great. Went to pay and set up for delivery. This staff was wonderful as well. The manager had to assist with getting our delivery quickly and he worked his magic and got it done. Very happy with the service.

We came in looking for a twin box spring and the manager pleasantly directed us to the appropriate area. He assured us that the sales staff would “take good care of us”. We proceeded to walk around the mattresses while two salespeople stood chatting with each other and made no attempt to help us. We were not acknowledged until the store manager approached them and informed them that we were looking for a box spring and asked them to check the inventory. At which point, there was no greeting or attempt at conservation with us. We were told what was in stock and the price. When my husband asked about measurements, he was cut off before he was able to complete his question. It seemed as though we were intruding and requiring this sales person to go above and beyond, just to answer a simple question. Due to the fact that we needed to make a purchase today, we did buy the box spring and the customer service staff was very helpful. Had we had more time, I would not have purchased this item based upon the sales person’s attitude and behavior. I would have given one star but because of the helpful manager and customer service staff, we will give it two stars.

We were not acknowledged until the store manager approached them and informed them that we were looking for a box spring and asked them to check the inventory. At which point, there was no greeting or attempt at conservation with us. We were told what was in stock and the price. When my husband asked about measurements, he was cut off before he was able to complete his question. It seemed as though we were intruding and requiring this sales person to go above and beyond, just to answer a simple question. Due to the fact that we needed to make a purchase today, we did buy the box spring and the customer service staff was very helpful. Had we had more time, I would not have purchased this item based upon the sales person’s attitude and behavior. I would have given one star but because of the helpful manager and customer service staff, we will give it two stars.
