We did a tasting with the manager, who took the time to explain everything to us! Great experience, the ciders are wonderfully good! The place is super pretty! I like ! When we come back to Frederickburg, 100% we come back to drink cider !!

Both the cider and the food were astonishingly good! The outdoor space they have is amazing as well. Very specious with yard games and plenty of seating. There’s also a covered, yet open air area to relax out of the sun. And if you’re lucky, you’ll meet Teriyaki, the pet chicken :) Look for the big, red double decker bus as you drive up.

Scary to turn in and out of the driveway on a blind highway curve but once we were in things were cool. The cider was flavorful and ranged from dry and refreshing to sweet and juicy. I loved that Hye worked with farmers in the area to add local fruit. It’s easy to taste why they’ve won awards for their work. It’s just unique. The rockabilly style won our hearts and we left feeling more like friends than visitors.

If you like drinking dry delicious ciders in a laid back atmosphere, this is your place. The food truck, Brick & Mortar, is also an excellent option for lunch!

Really good. We enjoyed a flight, the hops and heaven are our favorites. Each cider was labeled and there is a link to a guide attached. They were all so good! And, it's nice to order a tasting or a full size and even togo options. The food truck is awesome, the flavors are well choreographed and make a fun and satisfying fusion. There is plenty of room so you can sit near the live music or away at quieter tables. A nice change to the wineries and breweries. 5 stars and cheers to the cider!

Finally stopped by for the first time and I'm glad I did. Travis was super cool about walking me through the ciders so I could get to know them a little. I've only ever had ciders before when sitting around a bar drinking beer and someone says "try this" and I can assure you to actually do a proper tasting and go through some info about the cider makes it an entirely different thing. Very laid back vibe and a great outdoor seating area. I need to stop by again when I can spend more time. I highly recommend making a visit, it's great for a little change of pace if you've been to a bunch of wineries. Added bonus: It stays open later than most places so it can be a great place to wind down your night

Extraordinary ciders, unusual delicious and memorable combined with exceptional Asian fusion from the food truck. This place is a labor of love and it shows. You will be welcome and you won’t forget this amazing place. If you are in an RV this is a harvest host so take advantage.

I visited once during hye-land games on a wine tour. Everyone loved the cider. Tour we took was a blast. At the time I didn't buy a bottle of cider after my tour. I decided to come back from the RGV to Hill Country to treat friends to a tasting at Christmas time. Mind you I had only done one tasting in my life and that was with a group wine tour for a birthday celebration, group priced. I even said my friends never have done a tasting before. Setting the scene, they explained tastings are done at the bar. Music was loudly playing as no one was at the bar when we arrived. Understandable. However that volume was not reduced for the paid tasting. My friends said how hard it was to hear what was being said of each of the ciders and they felt rushed to move on to the next kind of cider. I agreed. When finished, I ordered a bottle as a "gift" to take home. Prices are not shown with taxes BTW (and not disclosed until checking out). Plus I had to tip on the to go $25 bottle of cider. Tip should have been on the tasting only. Ended up paying additional $5.31 TIP on the bottle!!! WTH!! You couldn't adjust the app at check out past the lowest customary tip of 18% either or put in your own amount. I should have stopped at HEB for the bottle (no tip) Although I loved the different ciders, personal experience is everything. I probably will not return due to my experience outside an official wine tour.
