Hye Cider Company
Finally stopped by for the first time and I'm glad I did. Travis was super cool about walking me through the ciders so I could get to know them a little. I've only ever had ciders before when sitting around a bar drinking beer and someone says "try this" and I can assure you to actually do a proper tasting and go through some info about the cider makes it an entirely different thing. Very laid back vibe and a great outdoor seating area. I need to stop by again when I can spend more time. I highly recommend making a visit, it's great for a little change of pace if you've been to a bunch of wineries. Added bonus: It stays open later than most places so it can be a great place to wind down your night ~Panther

We did the Vineyard Table Experience & we're wow'd the whole time. Sip, taste, sip, wow the changes in flavor were awesome. Staff was amazing. Can't remember our Somalia-in-training's name, ugh. But he's local & we really enjoyed talking with him while he presented our wine pairings. Fransisco (hospitality ambassador) was pretty awesome, too. We enjoyed walking the grounds, the whole experience was wonderful. ~Chelsea
CALAIS Winery
By far the most unique and educational experience we have had at a Texas Winery. Very lacking in atmosphere sadly. If you don't know what to look for, which is an opening to what looks like an underground garage, you will drive right by it. Wine was very good though! If you are looking for a small intimate, educational tasting, thus is your spot. ~Hal
