I usually have good service here. However today was different. I was going to order some wipers online and use the 15% off code but ran out of time before I had to leave so I figured I'd just get them in the store on my way home. The cashier refused to honor the 15% online discount code and insisted I would have to do it on my phone and wait 10 minutes. I asked if they could just price match it and I was told "my manager is on break and I can't do that." A shame really as I've never had poor service here before today.

Not a great experience. The older man who works there just ignored me. Evening of 11/18/21. The younger man was helpful and kind. I won't go back to that store. I like advance auto overall.

First off they gave me brake pads for a Chevrolet, Cadillac instead of a Honda. Had to drive all the way back to the store. Purchase the correct set. Pay for them and wait 2to3 business days to refund $ for 1st set. If I was you I'd go somewhere else.

Great place to shop when you need car parts because employees are experienced in mechanical issues. Excellent customer service and great prices. Buy online and save money after picking up at the store.

The gentleman that helped me, Gary, was very quick when helping me find the windshield blade I needed for the rear window. However, he gave me an excuse for not being able to put the blade on for me and popped a lock off of the cover for the bolt connecting the wiper to my car, leaving it loose and unable to lock on properly to protect the mechanism. After a quick youtube video, a car noob like myself was able to replace the wiper blade with no issue in my own driveway.

Was in there today and the item rang up wrong, the tag said 2 for $10 and it rang up 6.99. I told the clerk the tag said 2 for $10 and the clerk said he didnt know because he had been off for a week, the other employee went and verified it. The clerk said that the tag was old and should of been pulled down in May and would not honor the price said he can't help that his employees were idiots and he should fire them. I went next door the auto zone

I can’t even give the store one star even though google makes you pick at least one star. The service there is horrible. All the employees are rude and speak down to you like they know everything and you know nothing. My husband was trying to explain something to him and they kept telling him he was wrong and didn’t know what he was doing. So my husband was getting frustrated and mad. And the employees threatened to call the cops on him for no reason. My husband isn’t dumb when it comes to car. He is what most people call a back yard mechanic. I have never been so upset when I left a store and I woke in customer service. I will never be going back to this store. I would rather drive a million miles than go to this store.
