Bought a new GMC Terrain last year from them. I live in VA but visit the area during holidays. They treated me well during the buying process, gave a good trade-in value, did not try to mark above MSRP, did not add any "hidden" fees to the purchase order, and gave me the available discounts/rebates. As well, I've solely bought my accessories from them because they are reasonable about labor/pricing. Whenever I have been in for service, the parts and service staff have attended to my questions and needs much more quickly than other dealerships I have been to. Although I live out of state, they have a customer for the present and future!

I have lived in the area my entire life and have never used the service department at this dealership. I typically use local garages for my work but the issues I was experiencing with a GMC vehicle I have could not be fixed at those shops. I made an appointment, was given a very reasonable time frame for that appointment and was completely blown away by the superior quality of service, attention to detail, and overall knowledge of what they do. The staff was also extremely kind, friendly and actually fun to work with. Walker Motors has now gained a true customer and supporter for life! I NEVER leave reviews good or bad, but these guys deserved this! THANK YOU!

This place sold my cousin a 2012 GMC envoy in February, the engine blew up about 30 days later. They charged my cousin close to 6000.00 to replace the engine. The 2nd engine blew up, 2-weeks after picking up the truck. Upon inspection by a independent mechanic, he doesn't think they replaced engine the first time. Just repaired it and said that they replaced it. Now the lawsuits are going to fly. Beware this place is prone to fraud.

I bought a new truck here in 2019, and took it in for my first oil change, which by the way was free and I didnt realize that.What a pleasant surprise. They rotated my tires and checked the pressure. I know most places probably do this. But what impressed me was how much time the mechanic ( Cliff) and service man (Adam) took explaining things to me and not rushing me out. Also Craig, the one that sold me the truck came back to service area and talked to me. I have been to places where once the salesperson makes tje sale, they forget about you I am very happy I stayed local when I bought this truck
