Absolutely PERFECT medium rare burger!!!!! Best burger I have ever had!!! All six of us were VERY impressed with all of our meals!! Service was great, people VERY friendly!!!

This place has a real nice atmosphere and bar but that is about it. I have been here 5 times in hopes that I'd get something decent but sadly, NO. The food is not bad but is it VERY basic and underwhelming.

One of our favorite places to eat. We've been here more than a dozen times in the last 5 years, and have never had a poor experience or bad food. Delicious burgers, excellent club sandwiches, cold beer, and the servers are always great. We went here for my 50th birthday, and they didn't disappoint!

Came here on whim while traveling. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food came out in good timing. I had ordered the Fish Sandwich, along with the fries and an extra side of coleslaw. I like to judge restaurants on their coleslaw, and I really liked theirs! Not too sweet, not too vinegary. The fish sandwich I received was huge!! The bun couldn't fit all the fish inside! The tartar sauce was superb as well. I was very pleasantly surprised by the portions to price ratio. I will definitely be coming back if I ever travel nearby again. Parking: Parking was very easy, their parking lot surrounded the building, and there are more businesses nearby you can park at.

I can't figure it out, but the Butler Rachel's is better. Another thing about the restaurant is why keep with the same theme? Sheetz I understand, McDonald's, sure. But this is a sit down have a decent meal restaurant. I'm afraid an average one at best. Change it up a bit. The menu isn't bad, and I've had pretty good meals there. The overall experience falls short though

It was amazing, our server Henry was excellent. He was extremely friendly, moreso all the other servers. All of our food came out perfect and we were taken care of better than anywhere else.

Colton our server was amazing! So friendly and personable. Seriously probably my favorite server I've ever had. Quick service. The restraunt is very nice with beautiful wooden ceilings. Food was alright.

Great food and excellent ambience in the restaurant. Would liked to have had a refill on coffee but the server never came back to the table. Most places will offer a refill after the meal arrives. Maybe it was a new person. Other than that would recommend.

2022 UPDATE: Still great! The only thing that's kind of disappointing is that, unlike the rest of the food, the dessert portions are very small, especially for the price. I was VERY happy with my experience there, & look forward to my next visit. The prices were reasonable, & the quality of the food was great! They give u so much food none of us could save room for dessert. The bathrooms were kept clean & well stocked with tp, paper towels, etc. The decor & atmosphere was a nice change of pace from the traditional family restaurant. Highly recommend.

First time in Kittanning & I was recommended Rachel's. They did not disappoint. Cocktails were really good and our entrees were delicious. Shout out to Jozie, our waitress. She took good care of us.
