Wow, I was surprised that they have a woman that is extremely knowledgeable on Auto Parts. Natasha M. has great customer service, keen knowledge of her store and an awesome smile. She even helped me put my battery in my car, and I didn't know what the heck I was doing.

The best Autozone I’ve been to in Miami! On a rainy day Sunday, Tommie was a tremendous help by helping me with my loose lug nuts/tire issue that another garage improperly put back on. A life saver is a complete understatement as I noticed the rattle was becoming unbearable, I was greeted with a big smile/amazing customer service and after tightening lug nuts the issue was sorted due to her compassion/understanding and I wish more places would provide that level of respect/service and hospitality. If anyone in the area needs parts/help, I wouldn’t even second guess and come here for your issue to be sorted both quickly and more importantly correctly.

Literally had the best experience with Natasha M. I am a bit older and really haven’t been able to identify with this younger generation, they seem very, very different… but Natasha might be their saving grace, she was literally superb, just kinda blew me away with the way in which she conducted herself and handled me as a miserable old man.
