I came to the store on 1400 nw 27th ave early in the morning because I was having problems with my battery and Alex torres tested my battery and he put it to charge, apparently I had a bad alternator, I am glad I came to the store and they check this for me totally free , thank you so much for this help .

It’s not often I get good enough customer service here in miami to warrant actually writing a glowing review, but store manager Alex Torres was so amazing I felt compelled to write this! I was having truck problems and alex walked me through how to fix it and get my truck jump started and running again! He went completely above and beyond!!! Absolute star employee!! I wish every customer service employee in miami was even half as amazing as Mr. Torres. Thank you so much!!

Guillermo was extremely helpful. He helped figure out what was wrong with my battery. Ultimately, I need a new battery which helped put in my car. I appreciate all the extra time Guillermo spent to identify the problem and provide assist with removing and replacing the battery. I will definitely go back, after this experience.
