Such a great experience! Amazing customer service, we sat and talked for a few minutes after my phone was repaired and Heidi is such a kind person! She walked me through at least 4 options and helped me find the cheapest one, it's the best customer service experience I've had since I moved to Zachary and was truly blessing to my day and my wallet:)

This business is incredible. They are professional, knowledgable and experienced at what they do. Heidi changed my battery in my Note 8 in 15 minutes while she also waited on two other customers. The people who changed it before took two hours.

I just have to say this! The people at charged up wireless fixed my phone when I thought it was over with! I was at the beach and my phone got in water. It was off for 4 days! I drove from florida and made my way to them right before closing and they were so focused on fixing my phone they stayed open a extra hour just to make sure my speaker and all was working properly! Long story short A shop in Orlando couldn’t fix it but they did in about a hours time!! Thank y’all so much!

First time driving far for a repair I took a risk. I'm glad I did. Usually other shops take my phone in and last minute I have to pay a price they didn't state in the beginning. Heidi was trust worthy with her price, respectful, professional, and just overall the best cellphone company I've been too. My iPhone 11 Pro Max was cracked both sides and I got it back and it looks absolutely amazing. Everything works. Camera works too and I thought it was cracked as well. Price and quality is unbeatable. Definitely going to recommend to everyone I know! I'm very happy.

Do not hesitate to get your phone fixed here! She did an amazing job fixing my phone and went above and beyond by getting a special part and making sure the features were working before we left the store. Even better, we had no wait when we returned for the new part since we had been there the previous day, She fixed it on the spot and we couldn't be happier! A+++ service, value and communication! My laptop had two bad hinges. I ordered replacement hinges and originally contacted another place that fixes computers. They said they had to charge me $50 just to look at the device and were not sure they would fix it (even though I knew exactly what was wrong with my computer). That, in my opinion was just stupid on principle. I don't mind paying the assessment fee, but it was how they alluded that they didn't want my business that rubbed me wrong. Anyway, I finally discovered Charged Up Wireless. Thank God. These folks are great! They made the repair in the same day and are very friendly. Their business site is very clean and tidy too. They seem to repair pretty much anything. I would have never discovered them if they had not been an Amazon pick up location too. I'll definitely go to them in the future for any more device repairs. Thank y'all for fixing my PC. The repair price was reasonable too.
