I showed up an hour before closing and they were closed! Not happy at all. I will definitely switch my service after this.

It was a pleasant surprise to learn the store was not very busy, as my father and I both needed assistance. The ladies that were at the counter, playing on their phones, didn’t even look up or acknowledge when we walked in. We were both then told we could not be helped in store, and needed to call customer service. I needed to make sure my paid off phone was unlocked, and my father needed to return some equipment. It’s bizarre that physical places of business and employees aren’t able to do a simple job.

Wow I don't know where to start from but I am going to sum it up I went to the store to get my replacement phone and the customer service agent Andrea help me once she saw how much stuff I had in my phone being a customer with t mobile for almost 15 years ok I was going to have a lot of stuff so she said I was going to have to delete some things I told her over 10 times I had my mother pictures and videos in my phone and she is dead so Andrea got so Disgusted so I delete over 200 messages so Andrea Assured me that all my stuff was on my replacement phone so she lied went to the store the next day and expressed what she done Andrea had no Sympathy that she delete all my pictures and videos so I asked to speak to a manager check this out the manage of this store did not want to even talk to me and Andrea did not even Apologize for deleting my photos and by the way my pictures and videos was backed up Samsung Assure me that all my data was backed up God is about to deal with yall i pray for grace and mercy for yall be bless

We made it there with 15 min left before close and they got us fixed up and out the door with a new line and new phone in no time. They weren't even bothered with my kids (9 and 3) terrorizing their store.

Most horrible place I ever went. They tried to get me to add a line for a TVision hub. Which is pretty much a fire stick. The communication with the rep was horrible. I will never go back.

Hands down the most ghetto Tmobile in the area. Do yourself a favorite and goto the corporate location on Airline. Not only did these people basically lie to our faces but they wasted our time. Gives Tmobile a bad name.

By far the best T-Mobile store in Baton Rouge! After being with them for over 7 years and after visiting two other stores, the Highland Rd. outlet and the one on the corner of Bluebonnet and Airline, I was about to switch carriers but the associates at this store restored my faith in them, especially Elisha! Ask for him, great young man! The atmosphere was very welcoming and made you feel as a valued customer and member.

I went in and realized it was not GameStop after I was greeted.the guy didn't have his shirt tucked in so I almost left.... He was a good salesman so I stayed. Needless to say I'm typing this on my new T mobile phone.... And it's not a flip phone either... Surprising 5 stars.
