Best cell phone store in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (LA) 2024

It was a pleasant surprise to learn the store was not very busy, as my father and I both needed assistance. The ladies that were at the counter, playing on their phones, didn’t even look up or acknowledge when we walked in. We were both then told we could not be helped in store, and needed to call customer service. I needed to make sure my paid off phone was unlocked, and my father needed to return some equipment. It’s bizarre that physical places of business and employees aren’t able to do a simple job. ~Amber
