I went to autozone today Jerson helped me check my battery, and cleaned the terminals. I was having issues with the car not being able to reverse. I parked head first and he helped me push the car back so I could drive to our mechanic. Great customer service.

I just went in to replace my car battery (under warranty). There was someone using the tools that the let you borrow but I got really lucky. A rep named Danny P. went above and beyond to help me. The battery was in a tough position but he got it done, using his own personal tools. Thanks Danny! I really appreciate it!

I had the best experience at this auto zone. I was helped by a gentleman (Danny) who was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. Danny changed my car battery quickly and he was efficient. He provided me with exceptional service. I will definitely visit this store again and ask for him. 10/10.

the workers there are great super friendly. marlon changed my battery really fast he was super polite and respectful. i honestly haven’t seen anybody change a battery that fast. they have great customer service

I had the absolute worst experience at the autozone on 8950 sw 137 ave. I had purchased a bottle of power steering with stop leak back in June which I did not have to use. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find the receipt. I came in the store and went straight to the cash register with the power steering fluid bottle in my hand and told the cashier Marlon M that I wanted to return it. I guess he wasn’t listening and instead of returning it he was charging me for it. I explained again that I was returning it but I didn’t have the receipt. He asked for my number and found my name in the system. He scanned my drivers license and gave me a merchandise credit for $6.94. I then went to the back of the store to buy a 5qt tank of motor oil. When I got to the register there was someone in front of me so I stood in the line. At this time I hear the other employee, who said that his name was Danny tell Marlon “so that nig&&r stoled that and then returned it” . I thought that comment was quite inappropriate, specially since Danny was taking care of a lady at the moment. When it was my turn to pay , Marlon tells me that I had stolen the bottle of power steering fluid as I came in and then went to return it. I became very upset and asked him to check the surveillance videos and he said that if he did he would see me taking the item. I then asked him what sense does it make to steal a $6.94 item to buy oil worth $31.99. He then responded that people do that. I responded to him that I don’t do that. Marlon then proceeded to tell me to just get out of the store. I then walked out as I didn’t want to create a bigger scene than this guy had already done. I’m a professional with a doctorate degree and I have never been so embarrassed or humiliated in my life. I really feel that Marlon should be held liable for his actions that totally ruined the rest of my night. Danny should also be coached on how to speak in front of customers and the possible repercussions of using the word “nig@@r”. I’m totally done with autozone as I will never purchase there again and I’m going to make sure to post this review in every site possible.

Closed the door in my face 5 minutes before closing time of the store . Little kid with a mustache inside looked at me and was super rude and shut the door in my face and told me I couldn’t go in. I asked him please that it shouldn’t take more then 60 seconds to buy the part if not I have to pay $500 for roadside assistance . And he said he didn’t care he was trying to leave work early. Super bad customer service. They don’t care about you. He has to put his personal problems aside when he’s working at a store. 1 star for service

Had a lot of micro dash lighting I was looking for to brighten my CRV. They are very overpriced and I was there for 30 min and no one came to ask if I needed help and I couldn’t find anyone they were talking in front so I walked out found it a lot cheaper on Amazon.

As usual the people here are Autozone are friendly and knowledgeable. They always treat me right here. Of course, on occasion you'll have to wait quite a bit to get what you need, but that's at any auto parts store. They are much faster than Advance or other auto parts stores. Alejandro was super nice, very helpful and located my sway bar link quickly. I highly recommend this Autozone!
