Had a dead battery a couple weeks back, on a Sunday. Was able to get a jump and drove to Auto Zone. Hans, the attendant, helped me tremendously, he showed me what batteries were in store, installed it and we talked cars for a bit. From Corvettes, to Accords and Minis. Excellent service and help at Auto Zone, Hans is your go to guy. Thank you Auto Zone and Hans!

This is a great store. The manager Jaime V is terrible and needs to go back to AutoZone training. Everytime I go to the store and use a coupon they are not able to scan it, so as an alternative they use the coupon code listed on the in store coupon. The last time I visited the store the manager was very rude from the beginning and he refused the code and said their is no where on their system to enter the code. I was with a friend who also used the coupons and we both explained what to do, but the manager Jaime was rude and refused. He said we were lying and challenged us to show him where to put the code. We showed him many times on the Auto Zone I store coupon where it gave the instructions for the store employee and or manager to use a numerical code if the scanner bar could not be read. It was unbelievable how this employee got so rude and almost violent. He then put $60 of merchandise in one bag. Broke the bag and then repeated the same action 5 times. Then he said I'm done with you and walked away. We calmly spread the products in two separate bags and left the store. This employee should not be a manager and he should be sent back to training and should attend anger management courses. AutoZone is on notice, please replace this employee before he becomes violent and hurts a customer or other employee.

Had a great experience today. My battery died and AAA managed to jump start my car so that I could get a new battery. The first AutoZone I went to didn't have the battery I needed so I went to this one. Enrique was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all the questions I had about the car and explained things in a non-condescending way for someone like me, who isn't exactly a car expert. I would come back here again if I had a car issue. I am incredibly grateful.
