I had the best experience at this auto zone. I was helped by a gentleman (Danny) who was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. Wow, I was surprised that they have a woman that is extremely knowledgeable on Auto Parts. Natasha M. has great customer service, keen knowledge of her store and an awesome smile. She even helped me put my battery in my car, and I didn't know what the heck I was doing. ~bigeazy02

Had a great experience today. My battery died and AAA managed to jump start my car so that I could get a new battery. The first AutoZone I went to didn't have the battery I needed so I went to this one. Enrique was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all the questions I had about the car and explained things in a non-condescending way for someone like me, who isn't exactly a car expert. I would come back here again if I had a car issue. I am incredibly grateful. ~Victoria

The workers inside of this Auto Zone location are generally good. They've helped me change my batteries and install parts inside of my car several times. The only issue is how long the service takes inside to pay. Be prepared to wait. ~DJoumbarey

I had a pretty nasty breakdown this past weekend when a heater hose decided to go pop in traffic on US1. After pushing my car to a nearby parking lot, I walked into this Napa location only minutes before closing time on Sunday. RODNEY took one look at a picture of the hose in question, and quickly emerged from the backroom with two hoses to splice together that almost matched the original bend-for-bend (the original is off of a 25 year old German car, so of course it's shaped stupidly and has different diameters at both ends), enough hose clamps to keep everything tidy, and a hose splice to connect the two parts. He even got me set up with the right basic tools to get everything sorted, and honestly saved me from what would have been a huge hassle with a tow truck, or a messy duct tape job that probably would've toasted my engine. I'm almost exclusively an online guy when it comes to parts, but do find myself in an autozone on occasion. That's permanently changing to this Napa location going forward. I must say your employee JC R. And Andre have been so amazingly patiently for the last 2 days of me coming to the store. They are both extremely humble and hard working.
