I'll stop buying stuff from these informal stores. I've placed two orders online for same products seeing it's on stock, but when you go to the store, they say they have to back order it, wait for confirmation of order and I never got it, they never call to let you know about your order status, or at least to say they don't carry the product anymore. Awful customer service.

Knowledgeable tech info from professionals. Far more productive than dealing with the corner auto parts places. Got exactly what I needed with no BS. First stop next time. Needed special A5/B5 oil for turbo Optima and they had it readily available and knew what it was. Every corner auto parts place I tried first had no clue and tried to sell me oil that would void my warranty.

Bad service, called the guy for car kit inflatable bag and I show up and they have one that is not the one they quoted on the phone. The manager was in a hurry and giving me an attitude like buy or don't buy and I don't care if we quote you wrong. On top of that the guy open the box in front of me which and extra stick and he never out back in the box I saw it when he unboxed it. I get home and it is not in the box then I call them back and they say they can't find it. It was there I saw it. Terrible service and the manager should get fired. Charge $100 for an incomplete item.

Everyone that works at this Napa location starting with the manager and the assistant manager counter personnel are excellent service and the people that deliver the parts I believe with the fast an excellent service they do.. every time that I go there I get the best price and the best quality parts.......

Horrible service. Was waiting alone at counter for a while. Then i saw a total of 3 people running around doing their own thing and was ignored. I had ordered something online. Stupid move considering there are other auto parts stores near by. ******* Fyi reviewers there is an Autozone and Discount Auto Parts near by. The best part is Discount Auto had the part cheaper and I was helped immediately.
