Best hardware store in Miami, Florida (FL) 2024

The lines here are incredibly long as it is the case with pretty much every Walmart. I’m currently standing in the return line, I’m the 4th person in line out of 9 people. How many customer reps may you guess, are working the line? 1. I tried to get her some help and the closest employee was the one at the self check-out and she was also the only employee in that section. She also seemed overwhelmed. The manager passed by with a car full of things and as she was approached but this employee she said, “I can’t” while pointing at her cart. So make your own conclusion: ~Mafe

Great Store... But people are amazing.. they helped me today with some ceiling tiles for my Suspended ceiling... That I cannot find in other store.... They really made my day... I always will be back... Thanks Ace in Kendall. ~Victoria

Nice clean store with plenty of items in inventory, and friendly, helpful associates. You may pay slightly more than in the big boxes but the customer experience is much better. ~PRISCILLA

Got here at 5:27PM after calling a few minutes before that I need an emergency plumbing part, I was told it would be no problem they close at 5:30PM. I got inside the store and was rudely rushed out at the entrance saying they’re closed and to come back next day. I manage several high end estates and frequent this location often for quick purchases - Will never shop there again. ~Stephan
