Good place to go for shorts, pants and jeans for men but the line is always ridiculously long and the shirts for men are made out of cheap material and the necks are always stretched,the only good shirts are dress shirts and button down shirts - i dont nothing regarding women's clothing

Being in the area I live makes it easy. This Ross is one of the stores I visit the most. It is good, but keeps a long line to pay due to a high affluence. The reps make a really good job keeping the line on moving, incredibly really fast, but I have to accept that I leave most of the time when seeing the line. The best time to go is 8' am when they open, the worst time to go is around 12-4pm. Buying on the weekends is impossible. Overall the facility is great, organized, plenty of products perhaps the amount of people visit this store daily. The staff is very nice, your always welcome at the entrance and appreciated before you leave.

I come here very often. The establishment needs to clean the bathrooms they’re disgusting to say the least. Store is always unorganized, Things are open or broken and still being sold at the same price. Rating is more because I have found some good stuff here for my house & that I’m grateful for.

I was at the store and the line was huge . . I asked to talk to the supervisor since it was 9 pm and the line was ridiculous... The person who was the supervisor respond in a very rude manner stating nobody wants to work. She got mad after o asked to use the employers on the floor on the registered and with attitude told me the rest of the employers at the store were not trained to be at the register... She should be trained on customer service..and she should be training her staff how to be more productive

The lines to check out are insanely long!! I have been waiting for 35 minutes and still nowhere close to the register. On a sunday afternoon and there is only 2 cashiers
