Our Wellington CVS is much improved over the tiny space it once occupied; on the other hand, I find specific items can be hard to find because the store is so big and spread out now. With the new digs, we got a drive-in window which saves a great deal of time (unless the person ahead of you doesn’t have a laundry list for our pharmacist.) I have always found the personnel helpful, especially in the pharmacy. I believe they should have at least one or two motorized carts—I was in there in a leg cast recently, and navigating the store was a nightmare. They have handicap parking, but no handicap carts.

Horrible service. The line was long should I use self-checkout. There were several people waiting on one line and the self-checkout was saying wait for assistance. The lady just stood there and stared at me and did not help. I ended up having to wait through the line of other people. Incredibly rude. And this is why I typically go to Schaefer drugstore. An old-fashioned drug store with people that care.

A huge thank you to the Pharmacist and her team at this CVS! I called her frantic because another CVS on 441 dropped the ball and she took over the situation and had my meds there for me in two days! Thank you so much, you and your team are awesome, not just customer service but CARING about your customers. This is now my new pharmacy! 5 star pharmacy for me! ❤️

Been a patron of this location several times over several years and everyone always was polite, professional, courteous and most of all helpful. Extremely pleased with the service provided by the pharmacy staff. Customer service exceeds expectations. Thank you and your new location is well done.

It seem like the managers should take training on how CVS store coupons work rather than going back and fourth with customers. Us customers purchase certain items to get a discount from the printed CVS coupons on our reciept. They find every excuse to tell us why our cvs coupon didn't attach to an item we clearly purchased. Unbelievable.

Went to buy something for my baby and I realized I forgot my mask, I come in and ask for a mask and the lady which looked like the manager said that they don’t provide masks that I needed to buy one for 75 cents, it’s ridiculous, considering everything that’s going on right now that at a PHARMACY they don’t have masks for clients. I will definitely consider another store to buy next time.

My wife and I went there for our COVID-19 vaccination. Staff was friendly, efficient and we were in and out (after the 15 waiting period). We did not even feel the needle!

Just a mess this CVS, since they literally moved in the same plaza, not sure if they just don't have the staff, or what, but there its never a time I come here and do not have to wait 15 minutes, and twice now I get to the window and they don't have my scripts ready, though I've received several text/calls that they are ready.
