i was helped by kelsey and let me tell you she was more than just helpful she explained how to take the medication for me she went out of her way to do this i watched her with the other customers she was very attentive and made sure everybody knew that they would be helped in a timely manner i will be COMING BACK JUST FOR HER thank you KELSEY

The only reason I’m writing this review is only because one of the employees mother she went over confronting me and accusing me of stalking her daughter that works at cvs while I was working putting carts inside of my store. At first I thought she was about to ask me for directions but it turned out that wasn’t the case she was polite and all and she did say she hopes that not the case and it really isn’t they are wrong about me stalking. This was a very awkward conversation. I work across from that cvs store at sprouts farmers market I’ve been working there for about now four years. I would go in there and by a few things and say hi to any employee that works there because I have a friendly personality. I go in that store either when this employee I don’t know her exact name Taczrio is there or not and I did not appreciate being accused of stalking and for that you guys has lost me for a costumer. As long as she is working there I no longer feel comfortable of going in there she has the wrong ideal of me and I’m really not about stalking that is one of the last things I would want to do to a girl.This was one of my biggest nightmares is being accused of stalking. I think she’s a pretty girl but I promise I’m not stalking and to prove it I’m not coming back to shop at this particular store anymore. I go to this store because they have some things there that my store doesn’t have like a doctor peeper and some batteries . So next time if want to get a doctor pepper I will now be going to total whine from now on. I apologize to the employee for giving the wrong ideal and to look after myself I won’t be going to this CVS anymore as long as she’s working there I’m now hesitant to come to this store anymore. But you guys are a good store and I fine a lot of good stuff there to buy.

CVS needs to hire either more pharmacists or a nurse to handle the Covid tests. They have had plenty of time doing these tests to figure this out. They are so backed up it takes forever for them to fill a prescription and 20- 40 minutes in line waiting for the pharmacist to give instructions for doing the covid test, waiting for them to do the covid test, and instructing them on how to put it in a lab box. Customers waiting to drop off or pick up prescriptions shouldn't have to keep on waiting for medical procedures to be done, they should be able to get their prescriptions with ease.

When I see the comments I don't understand. The staff was short yes is it their fault NO but yet they were working hard to take care of everyone properly, correctly while trying to do it fast too and with smile and kindness so Thank you I am happy I found my new pharmacie.

The store itself seems to be well organized, however, the pharmacy can do much better! The Russian speaking pharmacist with dark hair is very rude & demonstrates attitude that shouldn't be allowed while dealing with customers. I've over heard her accounters with other customers previously and thought to myself that it was so wrong to answer elderly people in such manner & tone of her voice. Well, today I was a victim of her attitude. Not sure if she just moved here from overseas, but what might be somehow expected in other countries due to lack of customers service, isn't going to be welcomed here in US.

This pharmacy should not be allowed to operate. The wait time on the phone to speak to someone is over 1hour, the pharmacists are rude and don’t know how to check your insurance, basic information, anything. There’s always a line inside/outside this pharmacy and Its mostly due to the fact that they make so many mistakes it takes them twice the time to process people. Don’t bother going here it’s a waste of time. Simple prescription pick up takes days here.

A week ago, I scheduled my Rapid Covid test online through this location at 4:50 pm for travel purposes. It is the last appointment slot for the day. I show up on time for my appointment in the drive thru, proceed to wait 15 minutes to get to the window to be told that the nurse practitioner left for the day and told them she didn’t have any other appointments for the day which was false since I had scheduled my appointment far in advance. The lady that helped me at the window was very kind and remorseful of what happened so she went ahead and helped me with the test! She was the best! I do the rapid test (or what I thought was the rapid test) and go about my day. Results should be available within 15 minutes. I never received my results and realized that they had done the PCR test which takes 5-7 days to result. I leave for the Bahamas tomorrow and needed to be tested within 3 days of my trip and now I will not have my results in time for my trip. I tried to call the location where I waited on hold for 35 minutes before deciding to give up. I now just paid 200 dollars for a urgent care visit to get a rapid test which could have totally been avoided if this NP wouldn’t have left early. I would’ve received the correct test and not wasted 200 dollars. As a healthcare provider, this place is a joke. Avoid at all costs.

Worst pharmacy ever. Nobody anwers the phone in the pharmacy. I had to call the store manager twice so I can get an answer from when my prescription will be ready. Then went to the pharmacy, stood at the pick up window from more than 10 min, everyone ignored me. I am definitely switching over.
