Very unhappy with customer service today while purchasing a new computer. They salesmen was more concerned about selling me a warranty and only choosing the items that he preferred. He would not help me with the certain products i was asking for. He also sold me unnecessary cables that are already included with my screen that i am going to have to return now. Very bad experience when i am spending over $2,000 on products.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Drove an hour and a half to pick up something that they said they would have ready. They couldn’t go to the back and get the 1 thing I purchased. Tried to call the store was redirected to a call center? Then hung up on after waiting in the que for 30 minutes. I hate this place. Don’t go here.

This Best Buy is probably one of the cleanest stores I've been to. The staff are always friendly and kind and super helpful. Parking lot has lots of room and assigned spots for curbside pickup.

Geek Squad at this location was very helpful, my computer was making weird noises and instantly Marcos Sanchez found the problem which was the speaker and explained to me all of my options. Very professional and educated, thank you so much for your help! Definitely recommend making an appointment at this location for all your tech needs.

I'm handicapped at this moment called a few hours before and told them of my situation. When I arrived tv was waiting for me and was helped rite away. Paid and brought out n loaded in my truck. Excellent customer service.

was suppose to have delivery for a refer, had notice for a time 9:35 am delivery time waited all day no show could not get any info as to why until 5:pm was told the had truck broke down, after waiting one week for my delivery. I was told I would have to reschedule.Was not about to wait another week Cancelled order , went another store for a two delivery very poor communication.

Zero stars. Even the location is ridiculous. I made an appointment to get a new battery and screen for my iPhone. My appointment was with the geek squad, I guess. I arrived 10 minutes early and was allowed to go over to the geek squad area. Only one person out front helping a customer. He didn’t acknowledge me: for 30 minutes. Not one geek in the back room came out. After a half hour waiting, I left. Asked the guard at the entrance if I could look look in the phone area. I had to wait to speak to someone. I asked her if they carry iPhone7 batteries. They don’t sell batteries and don’t keep appointments. Don’t know what they sell and I don’t care to find out. Total waste of time. Never going back. I ordered a battery online from Amazon and I will get it tomorrow and I will install it myself. Hope all goes well.

This is a review of both the store and the phone customer service. I was shopping for a tv and the phone rep sent me an invoice for the purchase. Post transaction the invoice vanished and no one could find my order. I arrived at this store thinking it would be ready for me, but something happened on their system and it was cancelled with no communication. At the time they did a price match so I figured I’ll come tomorrow and get it. Arrived at the store and they refused to do a price match. Spent around 30 minutes trying to get a rep on the phone to replicate the sale and we were being transferred to international call center to avoid helping us. Overall I would shop at Target instead.

I could write several reviews on positive experiences I've had at this Best Buy but I'll stick to my most recent one. I have encountered difficulties with several products, phones, Bluetooth devices, home audio etc. When I return to Best Buy to have the issues resolved I am always met with the utmost patience and EXCEPTIONAL customer service! Most recently I received assistance from Ricky Ramos (General Manager) and Andre Moise (Assistant Store Manager) regarding my surround sound system. They both spent a great deal of time just listening to the problems I've been having. The were empathic and both of them have been men of their word! They called me back or emailed me in a timely manner and I can truly say I trust them. Although we do not have guarantees of an immediate resolution I know their effort in helping me is genuine and I will continue to be a loyal customer to their store for all these reasons.

I have been here a few times. I have found the staff very helpful. They are pretty tight on Covid protocols. I got greeted and asked what I needed as soon as I entered the door. You couldn’t ask for a better customer service. And when I was there, it looked like they had gotten a brand new shipment of big screen TVs.
