I will start off with the positive the painting and the replacement of a passenger door on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee was done good the paint matches perfectly the quality of the work is done very good there is a small dent on a rear window trim piece which occurred when the repairs were being made the very low two star rating is because my jeep was at this location for almost 3 months and is still not complete I had to pick up the vehicle incomplete because the insurance company could not extend the car rental any longer I'm currently driving the vehicle while waiting on the finishing molding pieces for the door and wheel well Jeff the body shop manager seems to be the only one that knows what's going on and communicates with me if I call and get past the girl at the counter that never wants to put anyone on the phone with me the original advisor that was assigned to my vehicle Michael is the worst he never wants to respond to his emails or get on the phone to answer any questions I understand it's a very busy body shop and the supply chain causes issues on parts but at least be professional enough to respond to customers that bring their vehicles to you for body shop repairs that cost almost 9k hopefully the last remaining trim pieces come in so I could bring the vehicle back to have it finished and be done with this Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Nick & Joe are the best! Despite me having to travel 2 hours from Orlando to pick up my car, my experience has been great. Both Responsive and very professional! 5 stars is not enough at all for this place. The customer service is so welcomed and the work was done very professional. Mike Casella took care of my car after it was hit by semi-truck. The estimated time of repair was approx. 8 days, and what is surprise when Mike called me to inform me that my car is ready to be picked up in only 4 (!!!) days! My car is like new again - what`s an outstanding job! It`s definitely my place since now on with any question. Service: Body & Trim

My car has been with this firm since June 28. There is no justification for this to take as long as it is, and it is completely absurd. My family is being severely inconvenienced by them. It will only take two more weeks, as I was informed some weeks ago. They consistently mislead me regarding my car, and that is totally unacceptable. When the car is exactly in front of you, they make the ridiculous argument that they can't provide me an update. 0/10 This car company is not something I advise.

My girlfriend was recommended through her insurance company to come here. She dropped her car off July 5th and picked it up last Friday. She drives a white Acura and it had accumulated a lot of marks, scratches, dents, damages, ect. from an accident she was involved in. I could not believe how amazing her car looked when she picked it up. It looks like a brand new car, you would never believe the damages the car had prior to getting repaired. The guys here did absolutely great work. Everyone in the office is very kind and very professional. We are both very happy with the business and services that were provided and we will definitely be coming back if needed in the future. If you need a good car repair shop - look no further! This company has had my car for two weeks and only just now got back to me. I understand labor shortages , mail delays, and dealing with a car accident after the fact is stressful enough. But for the company responsible for fixing your vehicle to have such terrible communication skills on top just makes this whole experience so much more unnecessary. I’ve called 5 times since I’ve release my car to their custody . The receptionist Lily does not save information changes, she does not forward messages, or follow through in having the other people working contact patrons who have questions, concerns, or even want an update, no matter how minor. It was only after the 4th call that she acknowledged someone should have gotten back to me. Mike the supervisor is also a terrible communicator. He says he contacts people Monday, Tuesday, Friday. Fair. But for two weeks, I have not received a call on any of these days. it was only after contacted for the 5th time on a Thursday that he called me back. If he does “call” he doesn’t leave a message to get back to , just a blanket number that could be any scam likely caller. I’ve been told Jeff is the manager , I’d keep an eye on your workers. I know finding any help is hard to come by these days, but if they’re not going to do they’re job, at all, or acknowledge that they could have /do better why bother at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible experience all the way around. Geico was well aware that I already had a body shop to fix my car. They insisted I take it to Caliber Collision to just get an estimate. Took 2 1/2 weeks to even get me the appointment and when I finally did go, Mike (insurance adjuster) tells me he will have estimate in 48-72 hours. Almost a week goes by and nothing. I call Geico and they tell me in their system that they said I cancelled my appointment and that i never showed up. Called over to Caliber and the girl and the front desk tells me she remembered me and was looking at the pics of my car and that Geico received them. She then tells me she will call me back and assured me that she will take care of it and call me back immediately. Of course got 0 call backs from her. Spend 1 1/2 hours the next day on phone with Geico and they never sent the pics. So I had to upload the pics myself which I could’ve done in the first place and had my car fixed weeks ago. This place is a joke and was prob just mad I didn’t want to get it fixed there so they purposely didn’t do their job. Didn’t have to be this way and girl running that front desk has 0 skills to be working in customer service If she can’t ever get back to a customer when they dropped the ball. Bad business all the way around.

Would highly recommend bringing your car here and don’t make the same mistake and go to the dealership first, as I tried first and had nothing but 2+ month delay. Caliber Collision did an amazing job and was able to see my car with in a couple days. Turn around time was faster than I even imagined, it took about a little over a week to get my car back. Mike was amazing and kept me updated throughout the whole process. 10/10 service Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't say enough good things... You guys did a swell job. My car looks great, and you took a lot less time than I expected! I looked over 3 companies (Google maps reviews) suggested by my insurance company before I decided on Caliber. The stars and reviews gave me the confidence to bring in "my hand- me- down baby" and I'm really glad I did! ...thank you for taking care of the rental return, Ryan! Insurance made it expensive bc of my high deductible; you guys were a little bit higher $ than the quoted price, but the service and staff- Mike and Ryan- were professional, top notch, and thorough! When I asked for clarification on the itemization of the bill, Mike, who was super busy, took the time to explain what the cost equated to... something I really appreciated... [I hope you liked the Starbucks strawberry lemonade acai (with added strawberry puree), Mike!😺]
